THE USUAL SUSPECTS

Well, the usual suspects bent over for the liberals once again as they voted YES on the confirmation of an anti-military Harvard idiot to the SCOTUS. They actually voted YES for a person who BANNED the military from the Harvard campus! They actually voted YES for an idiot who actually sais that: "some speech can be disappeared." This SCOTUS appointee for LIFE only had TWO YEARS in a law firm but she DID spend years clerking for some judges and MAYBE she spent the night in a Holiday Inn Select! Like Comrade Oblunda, she has spent her entire career in legal academia, UofC (professor) then Harvard Law Professor, and finally she was the Dean of Harvard Law School. And like Oblunda, she has NO experience for the job she has been given. NO time trying cases. She has LITTLE or NO legal writings on any cases or aspects of the Constitution or any case law. She even had her dissertation thrashed at Princeton (just like Obummer did!) Just another Obama, only fat, female, and white and appointed for life in yet another free ride.

Thomas Jefferson said: "The great object of my fear is the federal judiciary. That body, like gravity, acting with noiseless & unalarming advance is gaining ground step by step. Let the eye of vigilance never be closed."

We are now seeing the advance of the rule by the minority through the use of activist judges, aided and abetted by traitors to the Constitution and the United States of America.

The usual suspects are:

Collins and Snowe (Dumb and Dumber)

Grahamnesty (Pissant)

Lugar (Gives Obama an A on Foreign Policy)

Gregg (TARP author who has a multi-MILLION dollar investment with BofA)

The Gunny can fully understand why Sulla put the corrupt Roman Senate to the sword. They are little more than betrayers of the public trust and as corrupt as any Third World banana republic courtroom. Once again, Cicero nailed it...

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the galleys, heard in the very hall of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitorhe speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and wears their face and their garments, and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation—he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city—he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared......."

THE US SENATE IN ACTION...

  1. I can't wait to see Kagan's first opinion, since it may be on the validity of California prop 8.

Wonder how she would view the Wikileaks case if it ever got that high.

  2. Pack Rat,

She'll uphold the corrupt judge's ruling on Prop 8 and let the Army traitor walk. Bet on it.

  3. Hell, this vote does not surprise me. THIS is what you get when the moronic GOP will not field a decent candidate. PRAY to whatever deity for the continued good health of Scalia,Thomas,Alito,Roberts, and Kennedy. Any one of THESE drop, there goes SCOTUS. Straight down the shitter.

  4. Snowejob, One-too-many-Tom-Collins-consumed, Grahamnesty, and Richardcranium Lugar all need to be removed from office at the earliest possible moment. Gregg is already resigning.

Kagan is an enemy of the Constitution (as are all who voted in favor of her). May our servicemen and women eventually uphold their oaths.

  5. According to World Net Daily, Elena Kagan was involved in law suits against Obama. People had filed suits about his birth certificate, There were five cases I believe, where she was the atty. Of course the cases were turned down. I think I got the story right. I tried to review it, but for some reason , only the header would come up. Anyway, after saving his fanny he gets her a perminant job, to handle all of his future cases.
I do hope these lousy Rinos are voted out of office the next time their term ends.

  6. I'm so sick and tired of this MUSLIM pResident not taking any action and ruining our reputation by cowtowing to these TERRORISTS in PAKISTAN. I just wish they would IMPEACH him over not taking care of this oil spill because he is in bed with BP. Maybe if we talk to our congressmen they will find a way to show his real BIRTH CERTIFICATE from indonesia. We need to have this tea party movement grow so that we can go back to the principles of our founding fathers. Allow slavery in certain states so that we can keep the minorities in line so they don't cause too much trouble. TEA PARTY '12!

  7. PA,
if you supported the Tea Party, you would not be a pro-slavery racist. Go back to whatever hole you crawled out of.

  12. Speaking of nazis. . . .

"PARENTS TO LOSE CUSTODY OF SON ADOLF HITLER
    "By QMI Agency
"Parents who have given their kids Nazi-inspired names — including naming one little boy Adolf Hitler — have lost custody of their three children.
"Heath and Deborah Campbell's children were taken out of their home in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, in January after the family tried to get a birthday cake with their son's name on it at a local ShopRite."
    ---

Haven't I been telling you guys that the U.S. is crawling with nazis -- including many right here in Berserk Gunnyland?

Now go ahead -- find me an example of a set of leftist parents who named their kid Joe Stalin or Karl Marx. You won't be able to. Why not? Because left-leaning folks are generally not insane like rightoids almost always are.

I'll bet these loons are card-carrying Tea Partyers.

ShopRite -- guardian of children. Haw!

  13. From Gunsel's latest drivel spew:
"They actually voted YES for a person who BANNED the military from the Harvard campus!"

She was right in doing so. Harvard stands for finding INTELLIGENT solutions to problems, while the military represents utilizing the same old STUPID solutions (i.e.: kill it or blow it up).

STUDENT: I'm here to get an education and make something of myself."
MILITARY RECRUITER: "I'm here to persuade you to forget all that and become an armed thug in the service of a few rich guys in Washington, D.C."

Military recruiters shouldn't be allowed within 100 yards of any college campus, and a mile from any high school.

Think about it . . . do we really want our kids growing up to become like our own beloved Gunther -- semi-illiterate, stone ignorant, angry, hate-filled, devious and treasonous, a moral dwarf who says he worships the Constitution, but confuses it with the Declaration of Independence?

    I think not.

Let's hope Elena Kagan succeeds in pushing this wretched SCOTUS to the left so it can resume ruling on behalf of the people.

    Also from the rant:
"The Gunny can fully understand why Sulla put the corrupt Roman Senate to the sword."

Once again, the ever-devious Gunster issues his only slightly veiled incitement to violence against the American government, hoping one of the pathetic losers among his coterie of low-IQ admirers will go on a homicidal rampage against U.S. politicians or officials while Gunny sits back and laughs.

Obviously, Gunther lulls himself to sleep at night with visions of his ideological enemies being "put to the sword." That's because Gunther is one really sick, angry and homicidal puppy, but one without the balls to do his own killing.

If it were not for the"semi-illiterate, stone ignorant, angry, hate-fill..yada yada" men and women who have served and continue to serve our little troll Ivan would not have the right to post his ignorant diatribe but again when the ONE gets his net neutrality law passed, we won't have places like this to express our dissent!

    >express our dissent!

    You obviously don't have . . . one . . . single . . . clue what "net neutrality" means.

That makes you a pathetic, ignorant joke of a rightoid loser, as well as a functioning paranoid. No wonder you want to be anonymous. Did your parents have any children who weren't retarded?

  16. As usual Ivan's posts show his ignorance of college past the first year, anything military, anything .. else .. outside..his..block.

  17. Our intrepid retired reporter would have made more sense in his story about the couple naming their children such distasteful names had he posted the rest of the story. The kids were not taken away because of the names, but on evidence of child abuse. Pick a little higher up on the cherry tree next time,Ivan.

  18. At 20:45, clyde mumbled:

    >Our intrepid retired reporter

Where did you get the idea that I'm a "retired reporter?"

    >would have made more sense [...] had he
    >posted the rest of the story.
    >The kids were not taken away because of
    >the names, but on evidence of child abuse.

Dingbat, my point wasn't that naming their kids after prominent Nazis got these idiots' children taken away. It was, as I clearly said, that "the U.S. is crawling with nazis."

    Get it now?

Besides, do you not consider being named Adolf Hitler an example of child abuse?

    Sheesh!

  19. Ivan,if you really want to know, look back at the exchange of comments in Gunny's post titled "Hanoi John Fonda Kerry-Benedict Arnold Extraordinaire" from July 8 2010. THAT is where I got the idea. Unless,of course, you lied. And we ALL know you NEVER lie.As to this pair of geniuses naming their children stupid shit, that is their problem.

  20. Ivan and PA are one and the same. Same word usage and everything.
Gee Ivan, the whole idea of being incognito is to behave completely different than usual so no one will suspect it's you.
Apparently you didn't look that little definition up.
