ARE LIBERAL POLITICIANS STUPID OR JUST IGNORANT

That is the question for today y'all.

Last Wednesday, the dumbass from Nevada, Harry "Land Deal" Reid, reelected through SEIU voter fraud, yammered this nugget:

"What Republicans refuse to understand—or at least what they hope the people don’t realize—is that in America, we give our citizens rights. We don’t take them away."

How Thomas Jefferson must be rolling in his grave to have an American politician utter something so damningly stupid and moreover, an out and out LIE!

Once again, for Dingy Reid and the rest of the ignorant libsheep out there:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Our UNALIENABLE RIGHTS come from our CREATOR, not the US Government; unless the moron from Nevada can claim to be the creator of the universe. That's the UNIVERSE Dingy, not Universal ObammyKare, we all KNOW you hatched that bullsqueeze. Our UNALIENABLE RIGHTS have come down through the history of mankind, codified by leaders such as Justinian and in Judeo, Greek, Roman and English law and the Magna Carta, i.e., the right to self-defense, the right to enjoy the fruits of one's labor, etc.

Our UNALIENABLE RIGHTS, stemming from our CREATOR and NOT the US Government, or any government for that matter, means that they cannot be taken away, ever. Our RIGHT to, say, Freedom of Speech, is as inherent to human nature as breathing and WILL OUT even in the worst tyranny, i.e., the FORMER Soviet Union, the Warsaw Pact nations, etc. ANYTHING that the government can give out, they can just as easily take away, but somehow, the liberal sheeple are too stupid to grasp that simple concept.

Dingy Reid is a corrupt son-of-a-bitch who somehow misconstrues that which comes from GOD with the rational that it is okay to seize the product of one's labor (money) in order to pay for the health care of the lazy and stupid (and likely illegal aliens)! That it is somehow decent and fair to FORCE Americans to purchase ObammyKare or say, the piece of sh*t Chevy Volt (Government Motors), which flies in the face not only the Declaration of Independence but the American experiment!

Even worse, the asshat from Nevada puked up: [the notion that government gives rights instead of taking them away] "has directed our evolution and it defines our promise."

Did the moron mean the march of socialism on Americans through FORCED liberal programs such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare, Unemployment Insurance, and other LIBERAL wrought bullsqueeze? Then yes, Dingy Reid, the corrupt land dealer would be right but if the stooge was talking about the government bestowing "rights" on its citizens than he would be WRONG in the eyes of God and our Founding Fathers for he and his liberal cohorts (and his RINO minions) TAKE from some Americans, through force or the threat of force, and GIVE to someone who DID NOT EARN IT!

This then, violates the UNALIENABLE RIGHT to enjoy what WE work for and to give to charity AS WE SEE FIT.

Dingy Reid, Nutsy "are you serious" Pelosi, and the rest of the corrupt termites within our government ARE THE REAL PROBLEM for they seek to usurp that which is ours by birth, the American Dream, the American experience, and our UNALIENABLE RIGHT to be FREE MEN AND WOMEN, not slaves to a damned government so out of control that they would sell our nation out from under us to the Chinese and anyone else who would line their pockets and fill their Swiss bank accounts, or is it the Cayman's Dingy?

That the American people have not risen up in righteous anger and run these SOBs out of this country at the points of a pitchfork is a testimony to our tolerance and goodness but 2012 (boot the Kenyan) is coming and soon, so let us clean out the nest of vipers in DC as much as we can, and continue to purge scum like Nutsy Pelosi, McShamnesty, Collins, Snowe, Grahamnesty, and the rest of them as they come up for re-election.

Brothers and Sisters, THEY WORK FOR US, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. They are civil servants NOT an aristocracy appointed and ordained by God, but they seem to think so. Let us remember WHO these corrupt bastards are at the polls and turn them out like the pox-ridden whores they are. They are a blight on the American nation.

  2. It is obvious Dingy Harry has NO clue as to WHY the Constitution was constructed in the manner it was. His statement is proof of what he and the rest of the dhimmis would LIKE to think the federal government SHOULD be. I do not believe it is ignorance,nor stupidity,Gunny,that leads fools like Dingy to speak the way they do.THIS is absolutely what they BELIEVE. Damn good post.

  5. I don't think there's any mechanism for recalling a sitting US Senator.

    Once elected and sworn in, they're Federal officials. The Senate can expel a member with a vote of 2/3 of the body, but that's about it.

    The peeps of AZ have to live with their sucky decision.

The US government was and in many cases still is increasingly similar to the Roman Government with open borders, many languages spoken, native culture not taught in schools at all anymore because religion is minimized and even put down if it is Christian. The USA's Founding Fathers are being systematically disrespected for being religious, dependable, stalwart, having strong beliefs in God, country, and the American family of mankind with life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness with gains through hard work, honesty, diligence, fortitude, patience, kindness, and charity.     I could not agree more BUT there is a solution and that is, we can demand that the gov't honor the Constitution whereas the Roman citizens were simply screwed.

    I submit that the asshats in DC are neither stupid nor ignorant. I think that they are downright sneaky bastards that believe that we do not know what is in the Constitution. That may be true for many Americans as the school systems have systematicly dumbed the population down but I believe that there is a constituional awakening in the works.

    BTW, I thought is GREAT that they read the Declaration of Independence during the pregame show before the SuperBowl.

    The GOP party mechanism backed the jerk over a truly conservative primary opponent in Hayworth.

    In 2008, they threw all their backing into RINOs; first Bald Hillary, then McAmnesty.

    It's the GOP as a whole that has to step up and mend their ways; McCain's merely a symptom, not the disease.

  14. God knows how I stumbled on this site. I wonder if you folks are interested in facts or just spouting off because you're angry. If it's facts you cherish, I wonder why there are no rants against the Patriot Act. The PA did more to increase the size of government than health care and the stimulus could ever dream of, combined (also took away a number of your rights).

    Also, you all keep referring to the Constitution; Gunny is citing the Declaration. And while, it's an important piece of history, it's an act of sedition by guys that didn't want to pay taxes, not something written by God. Try to be a little more constructive, ease off the CAPS LOCK, and stop watching Fox. Peace.

    Yes you can recall a US Senator but only 18 States have laws that allow it.


    The 18 states allowing for recall are as follows: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington and Wisconsin.

    How do you know we weren't against the PA? Many of us, myself included, railed at the spending of Bush 43 and the GOP. Many of us were seriously against the growth of government by Bush 43 and the GOP. Hell, many of us are STILL anti-GOP until they shed their RINOs/CINOs. Many of us refused to vote for McShamnesty and voted for the only real Conservative in the race, Barr.

    As far as the Founders go, you might want to do a little more research into why they revolted. Things like oppression, self-rule, gun control, excessive taxation, and a government that ignored the will of the people for decades on end. Indeed, things like being forced to fight the French and Indian War, that the colonists did not start and then being taxed to pay for it was mildly aggravating.

    The Constitution and the DoI an important pieces of history but what, they're no longer important or "current?"

You made the conscious decision to come in here.As for myself,if I were to see a site called the Anti-Conservative Zone,rest assured I would NOT want to venture in there,since simply by reading the title,I would KNOW what I was getting into.You certainly are free to disagree with any and all who come in here,but put the lying aside.     I'm still not sure a recall would work though, even in those states. It hasn't been tested in the courts.

    Here's the potential problem I see for the idea:

    Recall that some years back, several states passed laws imposing term limits on their Congressmen.

    Those laws were fought -- I think by Rostenkowski or Tip O'Neal or someone like that -- in the courts on the basis that the states had no power to impose term limits because Congresscritters were federal officials whose elections were regulated by the Constitution and federal law. Any term limits on federal electees could only be enacted by a constitutional amendment.

    As I recall, they won that case on that basis. I think if a state's senatorial recall law were challenged on that same basis, it could very well prevail.

    By your own admission, you wander in here without knowing about Gunny, his blog, or any of the rest of us; you raise a subject that's about as completely off-topic as it can be; You make a HUGE assumption about what our positions are on that topic based on nothing more than mere speculation; you do all of that in a smirking, supercilious and sanctimonious tone; and you expect to be taken seriously?

    Well, there's liberalism for you, in a nutshell.

    Just FYI, I actually happen to agree with you, having written several times on my own blog that the Patriot Act is a violation of the Constitution as it tries to impose "prior restraint" ( a legal principle ) on people, and that I think secret FISA courts are a violation of our principles of jurisprudence.

    But you had to make a complete fool of yourself by ASSUMING that you'd raised some kind of gotcha moment against conservatism.

    The article claims that California is one of the states that has a mechanism for recalling US Senators. I just looked up our election laws -- which are the same laws that govern recalls -- and that's incorrect. California has a process for recalling state, county, and local elected officials, but NOT federal officials.

    Did some research on the recall issue and it has never succeeded before. I'm thinking that it COULD work but it would take someone who speaks well and has some dough behind them. I'd like to recall RINO Murkowski for her leftist votes recently, including DADT (pandered to the gay class up here), but it would take cash.

    Oklahoma was one of the states that enacted a term limits law.
    The law was struck down for US congressmen but we still have a term limits for our state.
    I guess the reason Oklahoma is such an in your face conservative state (even though 90% of the state claims to be democrat) is because of the dust bowl days when all the namby pamby whiney/ quitters left and went to California.

    Thanks for the update. My research indicates what you have stated. On that note, we might very well be served in the repeal of the 17th Amendment and allow our state legislators to appoint our Senators. At least then they would be beholden to the states (and the people) instead of party.
