LIBERALS WORK TO CRAP ON THE CONSTITUTION AND OUR SOVEREIGNTY!

Just when you think that the scumbags on the Left CANNOT descend any lower into the cesspool in which they swim, five putrid losers in the Senate, the “usual suspects”, introduce legislation that with handcuff the US in retaliatory attacks AND put American citizens under the jurisdiction of the ICC. First, however, are the pieces of human flotsam involved.

1. Sen Dick “Turban” Durbin. This dirtbag is so anti-America, that it seeps from his pores. This is the scumbag who mewled that our treatment of Taliban detainees was like what happened in Nazi Germany, in Cambodia under Pol Pot, and the Soviet Gulag system. What this Richard Cranium was whining about what that a terrorist was being held in a cell, barefoot and shivering because the air conditioning was too cold and sometimes it was too hot in the room. There was also loud Rap music was being played. The room was too cold for him? Too hot for him? This as GI’s are sweating or freezing around the globe? Senator Dick Durbin is too damn stupid to realize that this detainee planned to kill Americans. He planned to destroy the lives of some American family whose son was in harm’s way. He's alive, well fed, clothed, and uninjured so Dick, boo-frigging-hoo.

2. Sen Ben Cardin. This clown has his head so far up his large intestine, that he can clearly see his spleen. This is the same hoplophobic meathead that sought to use OUR TAX DOLLARS to bail out failing liberal newspapers! Yeah, can’t lose those valuable propaganda organs eh Senator? Good God, HOW do these idiots get elected? Surely America is scraping the bottom of the barrel with vermin like this in office. BTW, this is the same diaper stain who loaded his townhall’s with his supporters and refused to face the people.

3. Sen Russell Feingold. This maggot helped to block a bill that would have honored Reagan’s 100th birthday. Petty. Pissy. Whiny. A typical liberal. The Gunny has absolutely no respect for this piece of crap who once threatened to remove funding from the troops in Iraq if Bush did not pass a timetable for the withdrawal of the troops. Basically, a terrorist emboldening timetable.

4. Sen Dianne Feinstein. Ah, this is one piece of work. Ol MILCON Dianne. Yep, this self-serving piece of trash is the very one who routed military contracts, even as she proposed her hatred for the military, to her husband’s companies and of course, the Senate did nothing about it. This was all done to the tune of 600 million dollars, which left her hubby, Ralph Blum, sitting on a pot of gold, no doubt making huge bonuses. (Isn’t the Left against big bonuses?) This is the same hoplophobic pile of dog squeeze who carries a gun with a permit issued by the State of Mexifornia, yet works to disarm the rest of America. Nice.

5. Sen Pat Leahy. Last but not least. Ol Leaky Leahy has a very long track record of screwing the USA for his socialist agenda, let the Gunny count the ways.

 a. Leaky Leahy," allegedly threatened to sabotage classified strategies he didn't like.
 b. Leahy ‘inadvertently' disclosed a top-secret communications intercept during a 1985 television interview. “The intercept … made possible the capture of the Arab terrorists who had hijacked the cruise ship Achille Lauro and murdered American citizens. …" He caused the death of at least one Egyptian operative involved in the operation.
 c. In July 1987, it was reported that Leahy leaked secret information about a 1986 covert operation planned by the Reagan administration to topple Libya's Moammar Gaddhafi. He leaked it to the Washington Post, causing the plan to be dropped. The Gunny wonders how many people would be alive in places like Chad, where Libya had troops fighting, if Leaky had STFU.
 d. Less than one year later, Ol Leaky had to resign his Intelligence Committee post after he was caught leaking secret information to a reporter. He was just an earlier version of Senator Richard Shelby leaking that we were tapping Osama bin Laden's satellite phone and of course, Bin Laden immediately stopped using it, denying us the opportunity to find and kill the sob.

Ain’t liberals grand?

Okay, the usual suspects are identified. It figures that they are all aged radical leftists, probably on their way out of office, so why not finish screwing America before they go.

So Turban Durban introduces S 1346, called in newspeak, the “Crimes Against Humanity Act of 2009". This bill is currently being considered by the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. The act gives power to ideology-driven federal prosecutors, i.e., Eric Holder, and judges, i.e., Ninth Circus Court, Obummer;s SCOTUS picks, etc, to punish individuals who are neither citizens nor residents of the U.S. for conduct that occurred outside of the U.S. even if it had no direct effect on the citizens, residents, or interests of the U.S. The Gunny has to ask, WHY? Why, to put our troops under the jurisdiction of the ICC in order to handcuff them.

And how you ask?

This bill proposes imprisonment for a “newspeak” term right out of 1984, a new crime called “arbitrary detention”. That could mean, in reality, any of our troops that grab an armed civilian, called a guerrilla or militia, and hold them for interrogation, verification, whatever, can be indicted by the ICC. This libspeak crime “arbitrary detention” is held to mean imprisonment or deprivation of physical liberty except on such grounds and in accordance with such procedure as are established by the law of the jurisdiction. In other words, arrest them and Mirandize them, or face the ICC. Our troops could be prosecuted for non-compliance with all of the foreign nation’s applicable laws concerning arrest, search and seizure, etc.

Here’s a jewel from this cabal of morons named above. Another new crime is: “national, ethnic, racial, or religious cleansing,” which can be construed by a liberal judge or prosecutor, to be the creation of a refugee population by a wartime action. If a troop did this, it’s off to the ICC to prove that the displacement was in accordance with the applicable laws of armed conflict. Any displacement must result in the population’s security or else the US military has to prove that the displacement was demanded by “imperative military reasons.” Forget about combat operations, let’s just send in the lawyers to fight! Amazing.

This law allows a US court to have jurisdiction over non US citizens outside of the country (globalizing the law) so it is logical to say that a foreign court will have jurisdiction over US citizens, who can be extradited to that country. Remember when socialist Spanish Central Criminal Court Judge Baltasar Garzón, actually considered a criminal case against George W. Bush, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, several officials in the Department of Defense, and the chief of staff to Vice President Dick Cheney? Under this bill, they could be extradited to Spain for trial. Now liberals would probably form a circle jerk about that until THEY fall under this crapulence.

Oddly enough, the verbiage of this act actually mirrors the stated agenda of the international human rights community, i.e., “the creation of a system of universal jurisdiction that disregards national sovereignty and national borders”, which is one of the major points of Amnesty International. Amnesty International is a far left group that actually backs terrorism, i.e., they backed the Shining Path in Peru, as well as the PLO, and they want “universal jurisdiction.” In other words, a one world court, the ICC.

Since our creation the U.S. has respected the principle that each nation has the authority and responsibility to police criminal conduct within its own borders while maintaining the ability to prosecute crimes against its citizens and interests abroad. This respects each nation’s sovereignty. Liberals have passed legislation in 2007 and 2008 (genocide, child soldiers, and human trafficking) that puts these crimes under the UN, and moves crimes AWAY from traditional state sovereignty. In other words, they want the most corrupt organization ever created to judge us.

S 1346 by definition, domesticates all crimes against humanity under a UN definition. (The Gunny guesses they forgot about the UN soldiers and sex slaves in the Sudan). It subjects not only the US military but our elected officials to indictment by the The Hague and other countries as well. Oh, and if we’re nuked or our friends are nuked, we’re unable to retaliate in kind.

Liberals are slimy by nature, we all know this to be true. Comrade Zero already took our nuclear option off the table as well as ending the missile defense for us and our allies. Imagine fighting WW2 under this legislation. Bombing Germany? Sinking Japanese merchant ships? Firebombing Tokyo and nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki? We would have tried right next to Tojo and the Nazis at The Hague. What the five scumbags named above are doing is passing this along without the Senate’s treaty ratification of the ICC! By moving this bill along on an analogous path, they are working to further the UN’s goal of international jurisdiction. Just read the UN’s words on this yourself. What would happen is that the SCOTUS is NO LONGER the highest court of appeal and our Constitution would basically be nullified as the law of the land.

Our liberal fifth columnists are so stupid, so ideologically blind, so anti-American, that they either cannot see or refuse to see that shateholes like China, Cuba, Venezuela (under Chavez), could come up with a bogus phony complaint, fire it off to the ICC, and the US Government would arrest and turn over the person for trial. Imagine being in the Army, and years later, you find yourself standing in front of the ICC for crimes against humanity because you held Hakim Abdullah Oblongata for a few hours to check out if he was involved in say, a roadside bombing that killed a few Americans. One has to wonder, are liberals really BORN this stupid or do they have to work at it. Small wonder that the Gunny holds liberals in such contempt.

Cicero describes our liberals quite well:

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."

Liberals are the traitors as evidenced by this bill and their subterfuge in getting it passed.

  1. Enlightening Gunny!
I've always felt the that the left is against the USA but this legislation goes beyond that and proves that they are traitors! If there were a stronger word I'd use it. The quote by Cicero is spot on. November can't come soon enough!

  2. rikdergis,

Thanks and that is a great quote by TJ! When I got this via a tip, I almost puked reading it. Liberals continue to bypass the Constitution and crap on it.

  3. PLEASE TELL ME,most of this stuff can be reversed when we take over again!!
The Nanna also holds liberals in contempt Gunny!!
I fear for my country!! I fear for everything that makes this country stand apart from Pakistan, or Cuba. We are under attack from within. That is more dangerous than from without! At least from without, we can blow them out of their shoes, from within, we must depend on the law, and so far, they are able to outflank us.

  4. The DIM-ocrats just as well should re-name their party----if it walks like a SOCIALIST---you get the picture. Is it November yet??

  6. Nanna,

I hope so. The best thing that could happen to this country is us taking over the Senate, with a Conservative POTUS, that boots the UN and gets us out of that crap. It is killing this nation.

  9. In a sane world leaky would have along with many unnamed others faced a firing squad many months past. Once this illegal regime causes the death of untold real Americans we will see the backlash this regime deserves. May God Bless America.

It's past time for Impeachment, Removal and Repeal.

  10. It is very difficult to keep up the fight. I live in N.Y. and everyday i'm bombarded by the statist ideology. I wonder to myself how so many people can fool themselves that the taking away of thier freedoms is good for them.

  11. R E,

I agree but the precedent was set in 69 when the US failed to prosecute Hanoi Jane for her betrayal and then Hanoi John Fonda Kerry for his treason and violation of the Logan Act. once you let ONE free, you cannot punish any others. Leaky Leahy is just as bad as Robert Hanssen.

  12. E,

I hear that but by getting involved, writing letters to the editor, getting together with a few friends and creating a movement, progress CAN be made. A group I know of, that is gaining momentum, started with six guys and they were on talk radio the other day number 2,500!

  14. Dick Durban: Proof positive the Democrat Party of my father no longer exists;
    Ben Cardin: Proof you don't need a spine to be a Senator;
    Russel Feingold Proof you can be a petty punk and still be a Senator;
    Dianne Feinstein: Proof that Democrats do not apply the law to their own;
Patric Leahy: Proof the CPUSA is alive and well and living in Washington, DC.
All Five: Proof that there are way too many Americans who vote without knowing the character of the candidate...much like their Representatives and Senators who vote on bills without reading them.

  15. Gunny:
If the USA quit supporting the UN with 70% of its operating costs that organization would fold like a used accordian.
    In the meantime.
Relocating the UN to another site would ease the pressure off NYC cops.
    Maybe Tierra del Fuego

  16. Gunny:
"..once you let ONE free, you cannot punish any others."

    I disagree.

Because of the inaction of our "leaders" in the past allowed traitors to get away with sedition and treason in the past is no reason to allow traitors to get away with betrayal today.
That would be like saying because a bank robber got away with robbing the bank we cannot prosecute other bank robbers.

    Besides.

What is the statute of limitations for treason and sedition?
Jane Fonda is just an idiot but I would love to see an administration with balls enough to bring Hanoi John up on treason charges.

  17. Buck,

I say relocate them to Africa. That is where they're needed.

Good points on the five traitors.

Don't get me wrong, I was not saying they could not be tried for treason, but that by failing to do it at the gitgo, it makes it harder. Hanoi John Fonda Kerry should have been arrested for his betrayal of the POW/MIAs merely for a real estate deal in the 80's.

  19. >The act gives power to ideology-driven
    >federal prosecutors

Really? The bill specifies that it only applies to federal prosecutors who are "ideology-driven?" How unusual.

    >[...] to punish individuals who are neither
    >citizens nor residents of the U.S. for
    >conduct that occurred outside of the U.S.
    >even if it had no direct effect on the citizens,
    >residents, or interests of the U.S. The
    >Gunny has to ask, WHY?

Perhaps because goodhearted people (as opposed to hardhearted, cold-blooded, brutish assholes like the Gunster) feel that a crime against humanity is a crime against everyone, and ought to be punishable anywhere, so the perps can't get away simply by crossing an international border. If that were not true, some of the butchers of Rwanda would be free today, instead of rotting in prisons in various jurisdictions.

Why should Americans be exempt from having to follow international law?

    >[...] “arbitrary detention”. That
    >could mean, in reality, any of
    >our troops that grab an armed
    >civilian

If a civilian is armed, the detention would hardly be "arbitrary," now would it?

    >called a guerrilla or militia,

A "militia" is more than one individual, dumbass.

    >and hold them for interrogation,
    >verification, whatever, can be
    >indicted by the ICC.

    Does the "whatever" include waterboarding?

    "Indicted" does not mean convicted.

    >a foreign court will have jurisdiction
    >over US citizens, who can be
    >extradited to that country.

    Exactly as it is now.

    >Amnesty International [...] backed
    >the Shining Path in Peru, as well
    >as the PLO

The above are total, complete, utter lies. A.I. did no such thing.

    >Since our creation the U.S. has
    >respected the principle that each
    >nation has the authority and
    >responsibility to police criminal
    >conduct within its own borders

Is that why it decided against invading Panama so it could grab Manuel Noriega to try him on drug charges?

    >This respects each nation’s sovereignty.

Haw! The only nation's sovereignty the U.S. has ever respected was its own.

It had rather less respect for the sovereignty of, say, Indonesia-East Timor, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, El Salvador, Guatemala, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Congo, Grenada, Iran, etc., etc.

    >they want the most corrupt
    >organization ever created

Wow! The United Nations . . . more corrupt than the Mafia or Wall Street! Whouda thunk it?

    Hypocritical douchebag.

I have deep suspicions "ivan" is a nom de plume of someone with a wierd sense of humor.
I have accused the Gunny of writing "ivan's" stuff to elicit thought in the blog audience.
Truly nobody could be as obtuse and blind to facts as this "ivan".
The only thing that makes me believe otherwise are his profane, vulgar diatribes towards those with arguents he cannot counter.
That makes me believe he might probably be an intellectually immature 14 year old with severe acne and sexually frustrated.
Although he seems to delight in insults and vulgarity while trying to ridicule the common man's ideals of religion, patriotism and loyalty, when I asked him to profferhis own ideals along those lines.
    He would not.

Of course you did, because you're a half-bright, censorious jackal and an intellectual pussy who wilts when confronted with ideas opposed to your own, and better expressed.

And because stomping on other people, figuratively speaking, makes you feel like a man.

Nuke on, Gunsel. It's what you do best.
