THE NORTH AMERICAN ENERGY INVENTORY IS OUT

Remember the idiots who whined about "peak oil" in the 70’s and that we’d run out by the 90’s, blah, blah, blah? They sounded like the idiots who said we’d be in ice age, then a global warming, then it was back to an ice age right? Wait, they were the same bunch of idiots, kinda like Senator Barbara Boxer, a global warming, global cooling, climate change idiot right out of the 70’s! Unfortunately for these morons, the Institute for Energy Research’s energy report has come out and it pretty much says what we’ve been saying all along, that the US has enough energy for another century or two and that the Obama Regime is screwing us over by preventing us from drilling and mining and refining.

Oil

Total: 3.745 trillion barrels  Recoverable: 1.442 trillion barrels
Proved Reserves: 20.6 billion barrels

Natural Gas

Total: 14 quadrillion cubic feet Recoverable: 2.744 quadrillion cubic feet
Proved Reserves: 272 trillion cubic feet

Coal

Total: 10.3 trillion short tons Recoverable: 486.1 billion short tons
Proved Reserves: 260.6 billion short tons

FUN ENERGY FACTS:

1.  Thanks to the Bakken formation in North Dakota, their unemployment rate is 3.5 percent. Much less than Obama’s unemployment rate of about 15% for the rest of the 57 states.

2.  The Obama Regime’s economy grew at about 1.5% while North Dakota’s grew at 7%!

3.  Wyoming, now the nation’s biggest coal producer has an unemployment rate of 5.8%.

4.  In Pennsylvania, there have been 72,000 new jobs thanks to the Marcellus Shale formation.

5.  (OIL) Total Recoverable Resources is 1.79 trillion barrels. That is enough to fuel every passenger car in the United States for the next THIRTY years. It is almost twice as much as all of the OPEC nation combined. It is six times that of Saudi Arabia.

6.  (COAL) Total Recoverable Resources: 497 billion short tons. Now thanks to the Obama Regime that wants to bankrupt the coal industry, it is preventing the US from enjoying enough electricity for the next 500 years (+/-) at the current level of electricity generation today.

7.  The USA has more coal than any other country in the world. In fact, our coal reserves are more than the combined total of the top five non-North American countries’ reserves:  (Russia, China, Australia, India, and Ukraine)

8.  The USA has nearly three times as much coal as Russia, the nation with the second largest coal reserve.

9.  Federal bans and declining offerings of lease acreage allows only 2.2 percent of America’s offshore acreage is currently under production.

10.  U.S. consumption of NG is about 24 trillion cubic feet per year and with our reserves, we have enough for 175 years of consumption at our current usage rates.

11.  Government interference and leftist environazis have made exploration, development, and production difficult if not impossible.

In other words, it is the US government and the environazis who are responsible for high energy prices, high gas prices, and an insecurity of energy, which puts our national security at risk and funds terrorists overseas as we shell out billions a year and have no jobs to show for it.

FAMOUS QUOTES FROM FAMOUS IDIOTS

1.  "The problem is we only have about 2 to 3 percent of the world’s oil reserves." Barack Obama, April 19, 2011

2.  "The math is simple: America has just 3 percent of the world’s oil reserves, but Americans use a quarter of its oil." Dingy Reid (Scumbag D-Nev.) October 27, 2009

3.  "Unless profound changes are made to lower oil consumption, we now believe that early in the 1980’s the world will be demanding more oil than it can produce." Jimmy "the dhimmi" Karter, April 18, 1977

4.  "The U.S. is running out of natural gas—production is declining and demand growing—so the expectation is that the import levels will go from 3 percent today to about 24 percent in 2020." Paul Hanrahan, CEO of AES Power, January 6, 2007 (The Gunny wonders if he is an Obummer donor)

5.  "Study : World’s ‘Peak Coal’ Moment Has Arrived." Headline for New York Times article, September 29, 2010

6.  "Peak coal looks like it’s occured in the Lower 48 (US states )." David Hughes, geologist for the Geological Survey of Canada, 2007

This does not include the hundreds of non-governmental agencies dedicated to stopping energy production with funds from people like Soros, who really have our best interests in mind, Tides Foundation, Sierra Club, and other left-wing environazis.

So the next time you fill up and you’re paying four or five bucks a gallon for gas and your natural gas and electricity bill is skyrocketing, simply thank the closest liberal because they’re the ones supporting the idiots who write and pass the above laws.

Well done liberals, well done indeed. Your efforts to screw this nation over is really working out...for our enemies.

We can safely say that liberals are the fifth column in America and everytime they think or vote, it damages the nation.

A MUST READ:

SAVED ROUND: You MAY want to save this report to your hard drive in case the Regime makes it disappear the way Stalin used to airbrush people out of photographs.

  2. Good post. Read an article not too long ago,it may have been one you posted, where the democrats in office in N.D. were WHINING about the explosive growth in the energy sector. Proof positive ANY dem does NOT want economic growth on their watch. How rational, sentient beings can vote for these fools anywhere boggles the mind.

  3. You remember the nationwide 55 MPH law?
Well that is another example of how the government worms its way into your life and once there makes itself a home.
Kinda like a tapeworm in your system.
The law was passed in about 1975. Because of the looming gas crunch because we were running out of gas the geds passed a national 55 MPH law. Well they couldn't MAKE the states observe it but states that didn't lost federal highway funds. Anyway the law was to reduce the amount of gas used to help conserve petroleum products. ALSO the law was sunset to expire January 1st or so 1976. Sure enough as the time for expiration approached the feds decided to do away with the sunset provision because... 55 MPH saved so many lives.

  6. clyde,

Where there is economic growth, they cannot make slaves out of people and the libbies get scared that people will realize that THEY are nothing but liars and parasites and traitors.

  9. @ Buck; "Tapeworn"...LMAO!!!

The only way lib's can try to stay in power is to create as high a level of unemployment as possible. Then they look like the heroes rushing in to give the unemployed (that they created) their freebee handouts! And these idiot's yell, "God Save The King!"

The lib's even distort the "true" unemployment rate by leaving out several factors. So you nailed it Gunny projecting real unemployment @ 15% and I would not be surprised, if it was actually @ 20%!

That is been one of the mainstay voting bloc's for lib's for years. "Give me freebees and I'll vote for you." IDIOTS!!!!

Great post Gunny! Almost too many facts for me to absorb at once! I'm gonna copy/paste some of the fact's you've put up and send them to my f*cking Bluegrass State Congressmen. No worry; I'll make no mention of where I obtained them....but my guess is your probably don't even give a sh*t anyway.

  10. Dave,

Make sure you include the link to the report so they can pull the whole report up.

Also, ask them WHY so many government acts are standing IN THE WAY of energy independence!

As far as unemployment, the idiot running the DNC just came out and said that unemployment WAS NOT UP under Obama! Liberals are F-ING MORONS led by an F-ING moron.

  11. Dave,

Well done. As I see it, GOVERNMENT IS THE PROBLEM with OUR energy independence.
