He is the first president who hasn't selected a majority of white males for lifetime judgeships. More than 70 percent of Obama's confirmed judicial nominees during his first two years were "non-traditional," or nominees who were not white males. That far exceeds the percentages in the two-term administrations of Bill Clinton (48.1 percent) and George W. Bush (32.9 percent), according to Sheldon Goldman, author of the authoritative book "Picking Federal Judges."

"It is an absolutely remarkable diversity achievement," said Goldman, a political science professor at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, who is only counting judges once, even if they fit more than one category."

Oh yes, what a remarkable diversity achievement! Let's pick our judges NOT on how well they know the Constitution or how they interpret it but on the color of their skin or what type of plumbing they have. THAT will surely serve the Republic better. Dig this quote by a flaming Libtard...

The REAL question is WHY is Odork putting so many minorities and women into these positions? Is it for diversity's sake or is it something worse?  The Red Diaper baby in the White House is a far far left ideologue who only appoints other incompetent lefties like Sotomayor and Kagan into positions they are not otherwise qualified for. Why? It is very simple why Odork does it, one, he KNOWS that they will work to undermine the Constitution and advance a centralized Federal government that impinges upon our individual liberty and freedom. Second, when Odork refuses to give up the reins of the Presidency in 2012, when he loses, it'll cause a Constitutional crisis, the liberal judges will do everything in their power to obfuscate and stymie any response, and America will suffer. He is appointing the very judges who will deny us "any standing" to bring a case against the Kenyan Usurper, much like what is being done now.

Once again for the STUPID LIBERALS reading this, this is what happens when you install a moron more concerned with victim politics, voiding the Constitution, playing at community organizing on a national scale, and turning this nation into a Third World hellhole. Once upon a time in America we USED to select judicial appointees based on their abilities, their stance on the Constitution, and their achievements but no longer. Odork is better suited to appointing piss-poor candidates through his love of affirmative action (look where it got him!) and to hell with what is best for America and Americans.
