On 22 August, 2011, the Wall Street Journal published an article entitled "Federal Asset Seizures Rise, Netting Innocent With Guilty." This article should upset every freedom-loving American. (link below)

In America today, people like Cass Sunstein write more and more regulations that authorize federal agencies to confiscate private property. Private property is the cornerstone of our freedom, written into the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence by our Founders who saw the Crown seize private property on the thinnest of excuses.

Indeed, the Fifth Amendment, the origins of which can be traced back to the Magna Carta in 1215 clearly states:

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

Without due process of law. Without just compensation. Yeah the regime violates both.

1. James Lieto, had $392,000 illegally seized by the FBI when they busted an armored car company. Now in criminal justice proceedings, if there is 1 million bucks involved, say in a drug bust, all they need to show is one C note to prove that point. So why did the FBI do this? (Eric Holder anyone?)

2. Raul Stio was suspected of a crime by the Treasury Department and they illegally seized $150,000 + from his account. Ten months later, no charges have been filed against him and the money not returned.

3. Jorge Jaramillo has 16K illegally seized during a traffic stop. WHAT law prevents an America from carrying a fat wad of cash? In the case of Jorge Jaramillo, he was going to buy a car with cash. The joke that is the DOJ stated that the money was related to drug dealing because, get this, Jorge had "air fresheners in his car which could mask the smell of drugs and a fast-food bag containing cigar tobacco, which the filing said was often a sign that the cigar wrapper had been used to smoke marijuana." Damn, the Gunny better get his air freshener out of his car and clean those cigar wrappers off of the floor or Holder’s Gestapo might come a-calling. Oh, even better is that the DOJ bleated that a drug dog "alerted" on the cash. What a crock of shit. THIS is what passes for an explanation of why the Feds seized this guy's cash? SOMEONE should have been fined for this but then again, they just pay the fine with OUR tax dollars.

Under the Holder DOJ, the total value of confiscated property had exceeded $2.5 billion, double from five years ago, in 15,000 cases, yet the Liberal Lapdog media is silent as church mice and the ACLU is unconcerned that a whopping majority of the cases were non-criminal but they’ll sure rush to defend the websites of homos.

The crux of the issue is this, through regulations from asshats like Cass Sunstein, they have made it possible to arrest any man, woman, or child under some flimsy regulation and seize their assets. This is how Nazi Germany got started folks and it is going on like gangbusters with the Obama Regime. You won’t even be able to hire a lawyer because you have no money and the Regime KNOWS THIS and YOU will have to prove that you aren’t guilty, if you are even charged with a crime!

Even if guilty of a crime (think Madoff) the government skims a profit. They seize 2.5 BILLION from Madoff's bank account and pay out 293 MILLION to the victims, thus banking a 2.47 BILLION dollar profit. Hell, they've been skimming the profits on Social Security since its inception. Who says that crime don’t pay?

Why didn’t the IRS seize Turbo Tax Timmy’s assets? Or Solis’? or Dashhole’s? Or Selbelius’? Or Paulson’s? Why wasn’t Goldman Sachs assets seized when the SEC charged Goldman with securities fraud in the Abacus CDO? Oh wait, Goldman/Sachs funded Obama and many of his minions are former Goldman/Sachs employees. Ah, NOW the Gunny understands it. Far easier to go after the weak and defenseless, who cannot stand up to the Federal Colossus vice those in bed with this regime. And even better in Buffett's case, his company, Berkshire Hathaway, has been fighting the IRS over what they owe in federal taxes! They have had "issues" since 2002 and are being auditing for 2007 through 2009! That is almost ten years of fighting over tax bills when Buffett should have just wrote the check and sucked it up. Set the example Warren! You don't need all of that money and your company should help shoulder the burden, right? Isn't that what the drones of your leader yammer when they protest CEO's and BofA execs? Why hasn't Hanoi John Fonda Kerry paid that 500K in boat taxes he voted for in Taxachusetts? Since the Tyrant still enjoys 90% approval rating among blacks (why the Gunny has NO idea as black unemployment is rampant and his bus ain't going to da hoods), our Congress, instead of enforcing the laws of the land, chooses to stick their heads FURTHER up their asses and ignore the numerous violations of the Tyrant, time and time again and like an out-of-control toddler, who never gets his ass spanked, the Tyrant just moves on to the next outrage.

This is the same reason that the SCOTUS refused to hear ANY cases on the Tyrant's birth certificate. They were too gutless and scared to deal with a possible Constitutional crisis and black riots and THAT, fellow patriots, is B U L L S H I T! We either have equal justice across the land or we don't. Seeing as how Eric Holder REFUSED to prosecute the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation, would he prosecute WHITES if we did it in 2012? Rangel cheats on his taxes and nothing is done about it? Why? Ghietner cheats on his taxes and it is an "oopsy-daisy" event. Obama starts an illegal war in Libya but Code Pink and Cindy Shithead are nowhere in sight. God, the hypocrisy, stupidity, and sheer gutlessness of the Left is enough to give the Gunny the drizzling sh*ts.

The word "illegal" in illegal aliens is just that as they have broken the laws of the land. They are ALREADY criminals just by being here and they take jobs away from Americans, liberal bullsqueeze aside. The rack up crimes, they suck down benefits they do not rate, and they cost this nation BILLIONS in health care costs at ERs and County Hospitals.

If, and the Gunny says, IF we take back this nation in 2012, and it appears unlikely as the Tyrant is getting the illegal alien vote (vote early, often, and in multiple locales), the union thug vote, and the hood vote down, we must force the Congress BACK to holding people accountable for their actions and applying equal justice under the law. But then again, investigating steroids in baseball and pissing away our money and time was probably more fun that actually doing their frigging jobs.

It is now Day 139. Obama had 90 days to get out or get permission from Congress.

Now we've been bombing Libya, who WAS NOT A THREAT to the USA (since Ronaldus Magnus parked a few 750 lbers in his front yard and Ghaddafi turned over his nuke program to Bush43 after seeing the US blow through Saddam like facts blowing through a Lib's brain, in one ear and out the other) since April 1 and it appears that Obama, after Samantha Power (Ms Cass Sunstein), Susan Rice, and Shrillary Klintoon started another war while he was on vacation, is apparently still at it. Now Comrade Obunghole, on his magical misery bus tour through WHITE America, calls for Assad to step down. Yet another war coming?

Obama has clearly violated the War Powers Act of 1973. He is likely up to his neck in Operation Fast and Furious. He has defied a Federal court ruling on his illegal oil drilling ban TWICE. He refuses to defend our borders and sues states that do. And Congress does nothing. The Senate does nothing. And the people can do nothing until November 2012.

The Gunny believes that our Founders captured the essence of what we face today.
