REGIME COMING TO END

That is the title on Drudge right now, as Barry the Backstabber bleats that Khaddafi is defeated by NATO, to the tune of almost 1 billion. Not bad, an illegal war, in complete violation of the Constitution and the War Powers Act of 1973, now gives birth to an actual Constitution by the rebels. (link at bottom)

Part 1, Article 1: "Islam is the Religion of the State, and the principal source of legislation is Islamic Jurisprudence."

That, in a nutshell, means that Sharia law is the law of the land. Kinda what al-qaeda and the Taliban want in areas they rule.  Chalk up a win for the muslim in the White House helping his Muslim brothers in an illegal war against a sovereign nation that bore us no threat. Moreover, in their Constitution, the following phrases are quite clear a to the meaning of Sharia law in Libya.

"there shall be no crime or penalty except by virtue of the law...”
"Judges shall be independent, subject to no other authority but law and conscience...”

Not quite like the 1st and 4th Amendments huh? This ain't gonna end well but it works for the anti-Israel Obama regime, surrounding our only ally in the region with Islamic nutjobs in charge of semi-civilized nations. How unfortunate that our Congress lacks the balls to take their idiot to task over this and his numerous other violations.

Now you've got al-qaeda elements, and probably Taliban, taking over Libya. Only a drooling moron like Jimmy "the dhimmi" Karter could have done worse.

The only regime the Gunny wants ended is the illegal and tyrannical one sitting in the Oval Office, when he ain't out golfing or on vacation. The Gunny was pulling for Khaddafi on this one, as ANY failure by Obama and his three dingbats, would be a victory for America but alas, Allah choose one Muslim over another...

The military delivered 120,000 Halal MRE’s to Benghazi in May and a second shipment that included medical supplies, boots, tents, uniforms, and personal protective gear in June."

The Gunny wonders HOW those supplies were distributed? Manna from heaven perhaps or issued out by US troops on Libyan soil after being flown in?
