DEMOCRATS PISS ON 4TH AMENDMENT

Man, when it comes to crapping on the 4th Amendment, or any Amendment for that matter, Democrats go to the head of the line!

EXCERPT:  "Democrats on the House Homeland Security Committee dubbed a new Transportation Security Administration behavior-detection program set to begin Monday as "chat downs." The lawmakers renewed their criticism of the TSA tactic, drawing an obvious comparison to the agency's controversial pat-downs and hand searches."

Wow, the Gunny wonders how many of these libcommies have gone through a ball-grab or a boob-rub? These triple-vested jackanapes sit on their asses in DC, make laws that we have to follow, then flit hither and yon around the country on private jets or use the US Air Force as a private airline, complete with free food and booze for the family, like Nutsy Baloney did. So they are bitching about American's 4th Amendment rights being LESS violated?

Once again, the 4th Amendment:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Janet Incompetano and Pistole have a lot to answer for in the coming years. The TSA is a jobs program for miscreants, fat-asses, and perverts, and once unionized, as the libs want, will be harder to get rid of than Rosie O'Donnell at a free buffet! The TSA is a massive failure and a huge waste of money and has done little or nothing to ensure safety in the air. Loaded guns and other contraband get by them all of the time, yet they piss of Americans by seizing stupid items like tweezers, they hassle law-abiding Americans, who are merely going about their legal business, with random bag searches at gate areas in the secure zone of an airport and even do stupid sh*t like checking your "vitamin water" before you board.

Do Americans know that the TSA has ZERO limits to the extent of their searches? Americans have their Constitutional rights repeatedly violated at the hands of ignorant and often times belligerent screeners and when the crap hits the fan, the TSA claims that they were merely following established procedure. What needs to happen is that the incoming Republican president needs to put the entire previous administration under investigation and Janet Incompetano and Pistole, along with Eric Holder and Panetta (for General Purpose reasons), need to be put on trial. Of course, it is understood that the petty tyrant now on the ***magic negro mystical misery bus tour, will of course, pardon himself on the way out.
