RINOS AND COMMIES AND IDIOTS, OH MY

There is a study out that might as well be titled: "Smart Americans Flee the Serial Stupidity of Liberalism."

EXCERPT: "Migration from high-tax states to states with lower taxes and less government spending will dramatically alter the composition of future Congresses, according to a study by Americans for Tax Reform. Eight states are projected to gain at least one congressional seat under reapportionment following the 2010 Census: Texas (four seats), Florida (two seats), Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina, Utah and Washington (one seat each). Their average top state personal income tax rate: 2.8 percent. By contrast, New York and Ohio are likely to lose two seats each, while Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania will be down one apiece. The average top state personal income tax rate in these loser states: 6.05 percent. The state and local tax burden is nearly a third lower in states with growing populations, ATR found. As a result, per capita government spending is also lower: $4,008 for states gaining congressional seats, $5,117 for states losing them. And, as ATR notes, “in eight of ten losers, workers can be forced to join a union as a condition of employment. In 7 of the 8 gainers, workers are given a choice whether to join or contribute financially to a union.”

Imagine that: Americans are RUNNING from high taxation, union thugs states and moving to states with low/lower taxes and NO union thugs! Kinda sorta blows the libs idea of the need for big government and crapulence like "card-check" right outta the water. Whoda thunk it?

Amazing isn’t it? Americans actually WANT to be able to keep the fruits of their labor and decide how to spend their money as THEY see fit! How DARE THEY? Don’t they know that we NEED big government to wipe the asses of infants as they’re born (those that survive the Liberal God, Abortion, that is) and dole out crumbs to us when we hit geezerhood? That is, to keep us in a modicum of health, to slave away for the elites, until we can hit the death panels run by Herr Doktor Emanuel. Then of course, it’ll be "Links, Rechts", "Links, Rechts,"… After all, it’s Obama’s CommieCzar Johnny "Kill em ALL" Holdren who wants to reduce the population of the unwashed masses, for our own good and for the sake of Gaia, don't you know.

From their fervid belief in Keynesian economics to their desire for a kumbaya world, liberals are deeply mired in asshattery. Blind and stupid (and obese in Michael Mooreon’s case) is no way to go through life. But even here in Alaska, we have discovered the taint of the liberal virus.

EXCERPT: "Anchorage Assemblyman Mike Gutierrez has a different view of what's behind the city's money problems. Gutierrez says the mayor helped create the city's revenue shortfall himself. Sullivan decided to collect millions of dollars less than the maximum property tax in 2010, and he's proposing to do the same in 2011. The way the tax cap works, that reduces how much tax the city can collect in subsequent years. "It's like throwing gas on a fire. If there was going to be a shortfall, they made sure it would be bigger than it was otherwise," said Gutierrez. Assembly member Elvi Gray-Jackson made the same point in a budget-related Assembly debate last week."

You got that? This flaming libtard is UPSET that Anchorage folks are actually getting to KEEP more of their money! OH THE HUMANITY! That means things like heated sidewalks, (Dumbass former Anchorage Mayor Mark Begich’s did this one), and many "do-gooder" moments won’t happen. Boo-fricking-Hoo. And the ultimate in stupidity? Mikey tries to slam Mayor Sullivan for this and turns it into a campaign endorsement FOR Sullivan! HAHAHAHAHA!

Imagine, people are "allowed" by a politician to KEEP more of their money. Now THERE is a new idea huh? Begich spent 30 MILLION on heated sidewalks that are no longer used because they’re, get this, too expensive to run, but it kept the unions happy building them and they returned the favor by greasing the skids of Begich to slime his way into the Senate. Hmm. Kinda how Imam Obama is returning the favor to ACORN, SEIU, Soros, etc, for putting HIM into office. Must be a greasy corrupt liberal thing. The best thing? That the following year, the cap is lowered AGAIN because Mayor Sullivan spent LESS! Kudos Mayor Sullivan.

And of course, RINO Murkowski, aided and abetted by the Alaska Native Corporation’s web of businesses, is returning to the Senate, and of course, like a RINO, the first thing she’s doing is running to the trough and putting her snout in it, porking for Alaska. Here’s a novel idea, if a project needs to be done in a State, how about the STATE funding it 100% and the US Gov’t staying the hell out of it? And if it can’t be funded then, PRIORITIZE IT! HOLY DOG SQUEEZE BATMAN! That means, they won’t be able to doing everything RIGHT FRICKING NOW! OH NO! WHAT WILL WE DO WITHOUT BIG GOVERNMENT!!!!!

Murkowski on earmarks: "Senate Republicans today adopted a non-binding resolution to ban congressional earmarks. I was unable to vote on the resolution because my re-election has not yet been certified, but had I been able to vote, I would have opposed the earmark ban."

And: "I believe that runaway federal spending must be cut. But once a top line budget number is set, I will always fight hard to ensure that Alaska receives its fair share through an open and transparent appropriations process."

FIRST STOP, the public trough, right on Lisa (wink-wink). How about this? That 535 members of Congress get their snouts out of the public trough and force STATES to fund STATE projects. Gee, you think, Wally, that that might lower our taxes? That it might starve the Federal Colossus into devouring LESS of OUR MONEY? But only AFTER we rid ourselves of the Libs and their RINO useful idiots.

Oh, and in related news, Frau Napolitano demands that we use the scanners in the airport or choose another way to travel (GOD how the Gunny would LOVE to see a massive boycott against flying for a month or two) and it made the Gunny wonder why. Remember the motto when you’re talking about Liberals? FOLLOW. THE. MONEY. Turns out, Soros owns 11,300 shares of OSI Systems Inc., (OSI stands for…Open Society Institute maybe?), which is the same company that own Rapiscan, which is of course, the very ones who make, you guessed it, AIRPORT SCANNERS! For a commie-lover, Soros sure does love those greenbacks. Or is it Yuan's now since Soros just called China’s government better than ours. In any event, thanks to those inside contacts, OSI’s stock has no doubt gone up.

We need a forensic financial examination of liberal spending, from Begich as a Mayor to the TSA under Napolitano, the Fed, and of course, the Congress since Nutsy Pelosi took over.

WHAT LIBERALS DREAM ABOUT!

  1. I was just ill this morning when Fox said that it looks as though the big mouth bug eyed woman had fought her way to a win, by 2,000 votes, without enough votes left for Miller to win.
I don't understand the military votes being for this cow.(sorry for the insult to self respecting cows) Although maybe after her stand on earmarks, she should be called sow.:-)

  2. Nanna,

The botton line is that Miller got all bad press while Lisa was glorified. Hell, some radio pundits say that we still won as a "republican" won. As I said, sacrifice for the nation is for OTHER people.

  3. I don't understand why individuals in the military would vote for republicans at all. They want to privitize the VA, a republican President started the failed war in Iraq for false reasons and by doing so underfunded and sidelined the war in Afghanistan leading to all the problems we see today.

  4. Good post Gunny. It makes sense that the productive people of the blue states are streaming out into more tax friendly states. Pretty soon the only people that will be left in the blue states will be union thugs and the parasite welfare crowd.

pushpins: reread your comments and ask yourself if you would want to vote with people who minimize your accomplishments and denigrate your sacrifices. Then again, you are a liberal so you already vote with people who minimize your accomplishments and denigrate your sacrifices.

Honor, Courage, and Committment are three other words unknown to the Left.

  6. One problem....
the dumb-basses flee the high-tax states for the low-tax states, but they continue voting for DEMOCRATS just like they have all of their lives. This is why Florida is turning purple now.

  7. Agree with Crawfish. Not much to add.

  8. Craw,

Yep. That the Meifornians who fled took that virus with them to NM, AZ, CO, etc.

Same as the NY'ers who fled to RI/CONN/NH/VT and spoiled those states.

  9. Crawfish has a point.
Texas was a solid conservative democrat state. Back when there was such an animal, now extinct, the conservative democrat.
But then the damnyankees moved in. In the Second Reconstruction Period the damnyankees votes were enough to turn the urban areas of Texas into something not much different than San Francisco. Or Seattle. I fled Fort Worth for the more freedom minded folks north of the Red River. Some liberal friends looked over their Trotsky glasses, under arched eyebrows, down their long, pointy noses and proclaimed, "Oklahoma is sooo behind times. It's 20years behind Texas..."
I say, "Yeah. Let's make it THIRTY!"
