COMRADE ZERO FAILS AMERICA AGAIN

Way back when they used to teach history in school, the real version, not the liberal's revisionist history where America is always the bad guy, i.e., the Texans forced the Mexican's hand by illegally seizing the Alamo, Santa Ana really just wanted to get along, Lenin was a gentle soul, the Japanese against the racist US, etc., Americans, as students, learned about this thingy called The Monroe Doctrine.

Monroe introduced this as US Policy on December 2, 1823. It stated that if European countries tried to colonize land or interfere with states in the Western Hemisphere, we, the USA, would be view that as an act of aggression requiring US intervention. Moreover, it also stated that the United States would not interfere with existing European colonies nor in the internal concerns of European countries. President Monroe first spoke about the doctrine during his seventh annual State of the Union Address to Congress. This doctrine became THE foreign policy of the United States and one of its longest-standing tenets. It has been invoked by presidents, Theodore Roosevelt, Calvin Coolidge, Herbert Hoover, JFK, and Ronald Reagan. Indeed, it was Teddy Roosevelt who invoked military action in Latin America to stop the spread of European influence. (The Roosevelt Corollary)

The bottom line is that Monroe wanted to free the newly independent colonies or the soon-to-be independent colonies of Latin America from European control and meddling. The New World was separated from the Old World into separate spheres of influence. Since the implementation of the Monroe Doctrine, the Western Hemisphere was never again colonized nor was there any major attempt by a European power to control any nation in the Western Hemisphere. The Monroe Doctrine has stood the test of time.

That is, until the election of a simpering appeasing neophyte so incompetent and so ready to sacrifice American interests at the altar of marxism, and so ready to sell us out, that it's borderline treason.

You see my friends, Ronaldus Magnum hit the commies at Grenada and routed their little power grab there. and he supplied the Contras (libs hate that) much as the Communist Bloc supplied the North Vietnamese against us (libs loved that), invoking the Monroe Doctrine. JFK, the liberal's wonder boy, even stated in 1962:

"The Monroe Doctrine means what it has meant since President Monroe and John Quincy Adams enunciated it, and that is that we would oppose a foreign power extending its power to the Western Hemisphere, and that is why we oppose what is happening in Cuba today. That is why we have cut off our trade. That is why we worked in the OAS and in other ways to isolate the Communist menace in Cuba. That is why we will continue to give a good deal of our effort and attention to it."

But now we have the weak-kneed man-child in office, more adept at bowing to foreign potentates than in standing tall for America. Indeed, the boy-child, what with his limp-wristed pitching arm, is more adept at greasing up and bending over for the enemies of America, while snubbing our long-standing allies.

Unrepentent communist Vladimir Putin visited his homey Hugo Chavez in Venezuela to cement a defense and energy partnership. He did it at the expense of American prestige and influence in Latin America whihc not only trod on the Monroe Doctrine but it clearly showed the weakness of the Obummer Administration, or is it the treason of the Obummer Administration, that works to sabotage America's standing in the world?

What did Putin get?

1. He got the right to develop Venezuela's Hunin-6 field. (Currently the world's largest oil deposit.)

2. Russian companies would build refineries and handed Chavez a $1 billion "entry fee."

3. Russia would sell more than $5 billion in arms to Venezuela.

4. Russia would build a Bolivian aircraft refueling stop (basically a Russian military base) smack dab in the middle of South America.

Putin plays hardball folks and the weenie we have in the White House, more concerned with oppressing the American people instead of leading them and embracing the greatness of America, plays softball, especially with the throwing arm HE has! Putin took the measure of one Barry Obummer and found him lacking and wanting. American leadership is in the hands of a marxist idiot so Putin took the big Red step forward and Barry stood there, sucking his thumb, and looking stupid.

WHY IS THIS BAD?

We have two staunch allies in the region, Colombia and Chile. Now Chavez will have the wherewithal to threaten them, as Saddam Hussein (not related to Barack Hussein), was able to do in the Middle East. It causes instability, fear, and danger, especially as the fence-sitters waver. In addition, since liberals forbid us to drill for the massive pools of oil under our soil and offshore, Russian control of the largest pool of oil in the world, will hamper us domestically and of course, militarily. Putin KNOWS that liberals and their enviro-nazis allies will do everything to keep us from drilling for oil inshore and offshore. Hell, the man-child is more concerned with signing AWAY our sovereignty with L.O.S.T. at the UN than in strengthening our sovereignty.

Putin will control those refineries, deciding where the oil goes, how much is refined, tampering with production to raise prices, etc, so that Barry and his minion Stephen Chu will finally get their $8 a gallon gas and the American economy will grind to a halt, and Soros will have gotten his money's worth after buying Obummer.

Once again, the lack of common sense, the lack of guts, and the "kumbaya" mentality of liberals, especially the community organizer-in-chief in the White House puts our enemies in a position where they now have the opportunity weaken our strength and influence in our own backyard. It happened with FDR at Yalta, it happened with Truman in Korea, it happened with liberals and South Vietnam, it happened with Carter all over the world, it happened with BJ Bubba and global terrorism, and it is happening all over again with the Jug Eared Fool. Don't worry Americans, Barry just signed a nuclear treaty where we'll disarm and Putin can opt out of if he wants. The world is a dangerous place and with liberals running the show, it's even MORE dangerous. But hey, we got "free" healthcare.

No doubt that rumbling you hear is Monroe rolling over in his grave.
