We heard it during the campaign of the Mystical Magical Negro (LA Times). He wanted a Civilian National Security Force with the power of the military and funded like the military. The Gunny gives you the "Health Care Reserve Corps."

The liberals passed HR 3590 without reading it, otherwise, they're guilty of treason because on page 496, it is all laid out for us to see.

Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 204)
is amended to read as follows:

(1) IN GENERAL.—There shall be in the Service a commissioned
Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service
in time of national emergency.
(2) REQUIREMENT.—All commissioned officers shall be citizens
of the United States and shall be appointed without regard
to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to
the Classification Act of 1923, as amended.
(3) APPOINTMENT.—Commissioned officers of the Ready
Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned
officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by
the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
(4) ACTIVE DUTY.—Commissioned officers of the Ready
Reserve Corps shall at all times be subject to call to active
duty by the Surgeon General, including active duty for the
purpose of training.
CORPS.—Effective on the date of enactment of the Patient Protection
and Affordable Care Act, all individuals classified as officers in
the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on
the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving
on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of
the Regular Corps.
(1) PURPOSE.—The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps
is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps
personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed
service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned
Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency
response missions.
(2) USES.—The Ready Reserve Corps shall—
(A) participate in routine training to meet the general
and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps;
(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to
active duty during national emergencies and public health
crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel;
(C) be available for backfilling critical positions left
vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned
Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to
public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and
(D) be available for service assignment in isolated,
hardship, and medically underserved communities (as
defined in section 799B) to improve access to health services.

So we have a DOMESTIC private army fully funded for four years whereas, the US Military is by law, only funded for two. As Red Nanny Pelosi bleated: "We have to pass this bill to find out what is in it." We're finding out, that's for sure.

HR 3590 Page 497

(d) FUNDING.—For the purpose of carrying out the duties and
responsibilities of the Commissioned Corps under this section, there
are authorized to be appropriated $5,000,000 for each of fiscal
years 2010 through 2014 for recruitment and training and
$12,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014 for the
Ready Reserve Corps.

So we're gonna have 6,000 "officers" being trained with the military for service on the domestic front huh? Obama can't hire 6,000 DOCTORS? The danger here is that this is a cadre force not unlike the SS or Stalin's Zampolit's (Political Officers), who can be used to train others.

Hitler used this very tactic by training "officers" for the national police in the early 30's and when the Western Powers complained, he replied that they were just an officer cadre for his 100,000 man security force. What they were, was the nucleus of his future army and the SS. In fact, hardcore Nazis discovered during this time were sent on to Bad Tolz for further training.

These "officers" will be appointed by the President and will serve in an "emergency." Hmm. An emergency like, say, the Reichstag burning down? So what happens in an "emergency" like Katrina? We already saw the ATF and the local police confiscate the firearms of private citizens in a direct violation of the Second Amendment, which was proved in a court of law held later, so what more can we expect?

Perhaps even more scary is the removal of the cap on them.

Section 202 of the Department of Health and Human Services Appropriations Act, 1993 (Public Law 102–394) is amended by striking ‘‘not to exceed 2,800’’. Page 1312 Section 5209 of the PPACA.

That means Obummer can have as many as he wants, we pay for it, and of course, they'll need union representation from Andy Stern and the SEIU. Of course, there is nothing on this in the Lapdog Media and on very few blogs.

"We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded." Barry Soetoro

"Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism. That you put down your divisions. That you come out of your isolation. That you move out of your comfort zones. That you push yourselves to be better. And that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual, uninvolved, uninformed." micHELLe Obummer

March on Comrades.

  1. I hadn't seen that yet, In my copy it's on pg. 1313. This is a regular Brown Shirt squad! That's why this was pushed through so fast, the little surprises in it. Welcome to the NWO, the ObamaNation, with it's own goon squadbuilt in.
    Heil Barack!

  2. All atremble with girlish fear, the Gunsel sobbed:
    >"So we have a DOMESTIC private army"

Once more, Gunny, you have outed yourself as a raving, clownish wingnut.

By definition, members of an army are, you know . . . ARMED.

The corps of Department of Health and Human Services officers contemplated in this legislation will not be armed, hence they are not an army.

Their role, apparently, will be limited to facilitating the delivery of aid in times of national emergency - not rounding up traitorous, rightoid, drooling paranoids such as yourself.

That's the FBI's job, as I know you know.

But never mind . . . rave on, loony tunes.

Reading your drivel is 'way more fun than watching Comedy Central.

  3. Jim,

Good post. I just read Ivan the Moron's thin gruel.

Ivan: "The corps of Department of Health and Human Services officers contemplated in this legislation will not be armed, hence they are not an army."

I did not see wherein the bill where they won't be armed and it doesn't take much to arm people in the military.

  4. Well Ivan, we all know that I have outed you as a liar and as an idiot so I'm going to allow you to choose which one you are using for this rebuttal. First of all I have read the section in question and in no place does it say that they are not armed or to be armed. Furthermore it compares them several times to the regular Uniformed Reserves and as "Corps" which by the common definition is:
1 a : an organized subdivision of the military establishment
b : a tactical unit usually consisting of two or more divisions and auxiliary arms and services
Hmm, military, doesn't that mean armed? I don't recall ever hearing about an unarmed military...

OK Ivan, which be you? Liar of idiot?
    I think both!

  5. Jim.

"I don't recall ever hearing about an unarmed military."

An unarmed military is the liberal's wet dream.

  6. Hey Ivan your messiah means to root YOU out of your comfort zone, one of those shovel ready jobs has the name Ivan on it,c'mon if you want to be a Communist you got to work for the collective good.

  7. Gee guys, I've looked and looked and I can't find anything that says my mail carrier won't be armed. Or my meter reader.

Does that mean I should fear that one day the Evil Masters in Washington, D.C. will hand out guns to the guys who pick up my trash so they can come and oppress my ass?

It's clear to all sane people that the "corps" cited in the legislation is not meant to be a military force, won't take orders from the military, won't report to military officers and therefore will not, in any sense, BE military.

That you dingbats are now shuddering in fear that you will one day be beset by platoons of Department of Health goons demonstrates only your pathetic paranoia and laughable cowardice.

Be very afraid, rightoid pussies -- the DHHS bullies are coming for you.

Aaaaaaiiiiiieeee! Who can save us now?

  8. An army in peacetime stateside is usually unarmed except for weapons training and guard duty.

Otherwise Maj Hasan would be dead and 40+ solders at Ft Hood would be alive.

Obama probably wants to recruit Black Panthers for his Corps. Stranger things have happened.

  9. Donnie,

Nah, Ivan's a sideliner, a bench warmer. He cheers from the sidelines for his messiah and wants others to carry the load. It's how parasites work.

  10. Interesting,

No fear, just concern, since Holder has proved he can't/won't prosecute known violations of the law.
From a government website, whay does the Department of Education need shotguns? To force kids to read?

  11. Pack Rat,

or the IRS 16,500 new agents?

or the IRS buying "illegal" shotguns. (14" barrels)

  12. Oh I'm sorry Ivan, I guess I missed that! Show me where it says United States Postal Corps?

Heck, I'd give the garbage men guns. That way they can defend themselves from your leftist brethren that try to rob them. IF the garbage men had guns they Dimocritters would loose 1/3 of the party in weeks.

"It's clear to all sane people that the "corps" cited in the legislation is not meant to be a military force, won't take orders from the military, won't report to military officers and therefore will not, in any sense, BE military." It's clear? How do you figure, they are compared to regular military, they have commissioned officers like the military. But you do have one point; the military has no authority over them. They are to be appointed by and under the command of the president.... Wow, just like a private army. I would say a "Sane" person would totally disagree with you Ivan.
Hey Ivan, want to meet somewhere; I'd love for you to explain my cowardice to me face to face...

  13. Hey Ivan you are enrolled in some type of College or University and are on some type of public welfare,do you know what Communists do to the Intellectuals, the people with higher learning?those people disappear, the knock on the door comes around 4:00-4:30 am.

  14. Now Donnie, Ivan has nothing to worry about, he's an on welfare photographer and he certainly isn't an intellectual.

  15. Jim,

Good point on the private army of Obummer. Ivan's a moron who would cheer the advent of that, as long as it's HIS party doing it. He would have made a great nazi but he's perfect as a fellow traveler.

  16. Donnie,

While we're fighting back, we can laugh when the intellegensia on the left disappears! haha

I wouldn't lift a finger to help them.

  17. All members of the regular and ready reserve corpse shall in all likelihood shall be illegal, anti-American and sheeples of color of the naalcp persuasion. I leave it to all Americans(no hyphen or color needed) that follow God, Family and Country to determine what the best fate is for all these corpses as soon as we're done with them.

  18. R E wrote:

    >". . .sheeples of color of the naalcp (sic) persuasion"

Another cowardly, nazi swine heard from.

R E = Racist Excrement and pussy clown extraordinaire.

  19. Poor Ivan,
he thinks R E's use of naalcp was a mistake.

  20. Thanks for the kind words Mr. smack my crack ivanazak.

Lets see illegal, illiterate, ignoramus, vile, vicious, anti, anal, oh just forget it. Maybe we'll both get lucky and as an anti-American you will join the osamabinobama civvy corpse, darken my door trying for a poke and find out if I'm loose or tight.

I may be able help you remember if your club's name stands for leeroy or liberal lowlife.

  21. so irs and education to be armed. but according to ivan, nothing to worry about with this new force. is it because they will be using American dollars for over seas? or is it because they will be appointed by obama? as long as obama does it it is ok. but if Bush had tried this, ivan would be shitting a brick. ivan, for your info we have fema already. why would we NEED another organization to do the same thing? is that obamas job creations?

i will create jobs by replicating those already existing. for every job done now, i will hire ten people to do the same thing, all under my COMMAND! and lastly ivan, will he APPOINT black panthers as the so called officers?

  22. usmcpgw lied:
    >but according to ivan, nothing
    >to worry about

For the record, I have said not one word about any weapons acquisitions or deployments by the Internal Revenue Service, or the Dept. of Education or anyone or anything else.

usmcpgw wrote the above because he is on drugs, delusional or just plain insane.
