THE TRIAL & IMPEACHMENT OF BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA

"Section 4. The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."

Article 1, Section 9: “No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

What is an emolument? This is a prize that arises from employment or an office, which normally comes about as a form of compensation, benefits, or perquisites. The original purpose of the emoluments clause was to prevent undue foreign meddling in the affairs of the United States. Robert Delahunty discusses this in depth in, “The Heritage Guide to the Constitution.” (On the Gunny’s recommended reading list).

“Wary, however, of the possibility that such gestures might unduly influence American officials in their dealings with foreign states, the Framers institutionalized the practice of requiring the consent of Congress before one could accept “any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from … [a] foreign State.”

Thus, it is very clear that Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize IS an emolument and SHOULD have been consented to by Congress. In fact, Nancy Pelosi, as Speaker of the House, may also be chargeable as an accessory after the fact for NOT demanding this. Ignorance of the Law Nancy, is no excuse.

It should be known that President Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize for nothing that could be documented as warranting said prize. He was awarded it by the Committee in order to excert some sort of influence on the President of the United States. President Obama received a framed diploma, a medal, and the monetary award of $1.4 million. Whether he gives the monetary sum to charity or not, he violated the Constitution, namely Section 9 of Article 1, by accepting the prize. The emoluments ban was confirmed in 1993 by then President Clinton’s Office of Legal Counsel. Thus, the Prize, given by a commission chosen by the parliament of Norway, the legislative body of a foreign state, makes the Nobel Peace Prize the gift of a foreign body. Whether in an official capacity or not, any acceptance of the Nobel Peace Prize by a sitting President is a violation of Section 9 and thus, a violation of Section 4.

U.S. Code, Title 5, Part III, Subpart F, Chapter 73, Subchapter IV, Section 7342, clearly states about the receipt and disposition of foreign gifts and decorations that if the Congress did not consent to the acceptance of the gift: “the decoration is deemed to have been accepted on behalf of the United States, shall become the property of the United States, and shall be deposited by the employee, within sixty days of acceptance, with the employing agency for official use.”

Thus, President Obama violated the law when he donated that money to charity in that said money was not his to donate. This is no less a crime than someone taking something that does not belong to them and donating it to, say, the Salvation Army. The financial award of the Nobel Peace Prize, and anything worth more than a minimal gift amount described in US Code for Federal employees, does not and never did belong to President Obama, but rather, was the property of the United States. This property could only be disposed of by the General Services.

There is a precedence here in that progressive president Theodore Roosevelt waited to receive the prize until after he left office and became a private citizen again. Indeed, it should be noted that he turned the money over to a federal committee (which included: the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, and Labor) which used the money for a foundation in the United States.

That the 1.4 million dollars belonged to the United States of America and thus the citizens therein, is quite clear. So when President Obama donated the money to a charity, it was a crime.

The bankruptcy of the Chrysler Corporation and the dealings in it by the White House are clearly a violation of the separation of powers in the Constitution between the Judicial Branch and the Executive Branch.

Case-in-Point: President Obama appointed a task force to handle the bankruptcy of Chrysler. It was clear that Obama pressured the stock holders to take 29 cents on the dollar in return for their investment while giving the UAW a much higher return and a 55% controlling interest in the corporation. This was reported widely in the news. This is in violation of bankruptcy protection laws since when a company requests, through legal means (court), protection from creditors while they work to restructure their company, there should be no pressure from creditors or outside influence to force a decision. It is also the work of the court, not a federal task force, to assist with the restructuring of the company to provide a more efficient use of the assets in paying off debtors AND in restructuring the company so that it can become a viable profit making entity.

FACT: Chrysler budgeted 134 million dollars for advertising while in bankruptcy. The task force cut that budget by 50%. Clearly, the Executive Branch exceeded its authority by controlling this budget when it was under the jurisdiction of the Judicial Branch.

FACT: Chrysler bondholders are investing on behalf of others (pension funds, trusts, individuals, etc) and have a fiduciary obligation to their investors to maximize the value of their holdings. When the task force, appointed by President Obama, forced them to accept a settlement that was much LESS that the fair value, this was coercion and extortion by the task force and Obama since he directed it. The bondholders and investors were forced to breach their fiduciary duty and thus, they are liable as well.

The Obama administration does not have the Constitutional authority to negotiate, restructure, decide stock options, stock contracts, bonus contracts, or who and how much stock holders are payed for their investment. When this administration decided to play around in the budgetary matters of GM, while they sought bankruptcy protection, it was a violation of the Constitution. Only the Judicial Branch can handle this issue and Eric Holder was also remiss in his duties by allowing by default or decision, Obama’s task force to get involved with it.

President Obama was also in violation of the Constitution when he directed that the Census be taken from the Commerce Department and relocated to the White House. The Congress directed that the Census be run by the Commerce Department in 1902. Only the Congress can redirect it. Again, Nancy Pelosi, as Speaker of the House, was remiss in her duties to protest this, even though the measure failed.

President Obama’s stimulus package was in direct violation of the Tenth Amendment. (“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”) His proposed second stimulus plan would be yet another violation of the Constitution AND his Oath of Office. It can also be said that Obama’s stimulus plan was a violations of the 1st, 4th, 7th, and 9th Amendments as well. He has again violated Articles One, Two, Four, and Six in the US Constitution. Congress, again doing nothing about it, is criminally liable as well.

ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT:

Article I: Whereas Barack Hussein Obama has violated the US Constitution and his Oath of Office, he must be removed.

Article II: Whereas Barack Hussein Obama has clearly intended to dismantle the US Constitution through excessive use of Executive Orders and bypassing the Congress and the Senate, he must be removed.

Article III: Whereas Barack Hussein Obama has intended to weaken our national defense by unilateral nuclear disarmament, he must be removed.

Article IV: Whereas Barack Hussein Obama has intended to weaken our national defense by vowing to close Guantanamo Bay and thus, fail to properly prosecute the enemies of the United States, he must be removed.

Article V: Whereas Barack Hussein Obama has weakened our national defense by barring the Central Intelligence Agency from using enhanced interrogation methods against foreign terrorists, he must be removed.

Article VI: Whereas Barack Hussein Obama has intended to weaken our national defense by transferring detainees from Guantanamo Bay to a prison on US soil, this will take us back to a pre-9/11 mentality when acts of terrorism were treated as a law enforcement issue, he must be removed.

Article VII: Whereas Barack Hussein Obama has intended to weaken our national defense by bringing Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to New York City for trial before a federal judge, it will allow our enemies to manipulate the rights provided by the US Constitution and endanger US citizens, he must be removed.

Article VIII: Whereas Barack Hussein Obama has weakened our national defense by releasing Guantanamo Bay detainees back to where they can return to terrorism against the United States and its citizens, i.e., the release of detainees back to known terrorist countries as Yemen, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq, in 2009, he must be removed.

Article IX: Whereas Barack Hussein Obama has weakened our national defense by releasing our sources and methods on interrogation tactics to the public, in 2009, and releasing memos on our practices to get prisoners to share intelligence about past and future attacks, he must be removed.

Where are the politicians on all of these Constitutional violation? Why hasn’t even ONE America-loving politician publicly questioned his clear violations of the Constitution and American law? Why hasn’t one single court in the land questioned these violations? Why aren’t the States in this Union arguing the Federal overstepping of their Constitutional bounds more vociferously? Why are the separation of the powers of each Branch of the Federal Government being violated at will and WHY is nothing being done about it? When will Obama's absolute and total disregard for our Constitution be challenged? When will the legal scrutiny of his numerous violations of the Constitution commence and when will they FINALLY be brought before the courts?

He is the president. He is not God. He is the president. He is not the Emperor of the United States of America. He does not rule by fiat or royal edicts. We are not serfs or peasants but citizens in a free nation ruled by the Constitution and we CONSENT to be governed! The Gunny CHALLENGES him on his policies, decisions, and doctrines that put this nation in jeopardy, that hurt, harm, or hamper the economy, and imperils the citizens of the US. His ideology MUST be challenged for it is not in keeping with the American way of life.

Even though Obama himself stated at a dinner: “I was born on Krypton and sent here…to save the planet Earth,” he is not Superman. He is bound by the same laws as we are. It is time to start the impeachment process of him.

THE COWARDLY LEFT (part two)

The Gunny used Task Force Smith in yesterday’s example of liberal cowardice. That was the force of GI’s Truman sent into Korea, in June 1950, armed with small arms and a few obsolete bazookas, to stop the NorK’s armored columns. They were slaughtered and those captured were executed by the commies. So much for the Left loving the troops.

Perhaps one of the worst examples of cowardice on the Left is Hanoi John Fonda Kerry’s abandonment of the American POW/MIA’s. There but for the grace of God go I, and my fellow brothers-in-arms. The Gunny declares that he would spit in HJFK’s face over this. The Gunny also declares that Hanoi John has a yellow streak up his back a mile wide that makes a Frenchman look brave!

The Gunny has researched this issue and the ONLY paper that reported this, that he could find, was THE VILLAGE VOICE! If someone else can find where the Lapdog media reported this, please, post a link.

EXCERPT: The Massachusetts senator, now seeking the presidency, carried out this subterfuge a little over a decade ago— shredding documents, suppressing testimony, and sanitizing the committee's final report—when he was chairman of the Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs. Over the years, an abundance of evidence had come to light that the North Vietnamese, while returning 591 U.S. prisoners of war after the treaty signing, had held back many others as future bargaining chips for the $4 billion or more in war reparations that the Nixon administration had pledged. Hanoi didn't trust Washington to fulfill its promise without pressure. Similarly, Washington didn't trust Hanoi to return all the prisoners and carry out all the treaty provisions. The mistrust on both sides was merited. Hanoi held back prisoners and the U.S. provided no reconstruction funds.

The stated purpose of the special Senate committee—which convened in mid 1991 and concluded in January 1993—was to investigate the evidence about prisoners who were never returned and find out what happened to the missing men. Committee chair Kerry's larger and different goal, though never stated publicly, emerged over time: He wanted to clear a path to normalization of relations with Hanoi. In any other context, that would have been an honorable goal. But getting at the truth of the unaccounted for P.O.W.'s and M.I.A.'s (Missing In Action) was the main obstacle to normalization—and therefore in conflict with his real intent and plan of action. Kerry denied back then that he disguised his real goal, contending that he supported normalization only as a way to learn more about the missing men. But almost nothing has emerged about these prisoners since diplomatic and economic relations were restored in 1995, and thus it would appear—as most realists expected—that Kerry's explanation was hollow. He has also denied in the past the allegations of a cover-up, either by the Pentagon or himself. Asked for comment on this article, the Kerry campaign sent a quote from the senator: "In the end, I think what we can take pride in is that we put together the most significant, most thorough, most exhaustive accounting for missing and former P.O.W.'s in the history of human warfare."

FACT: There were over 1,600 firsthand sightings of live U.S. prisoners.

FACT: There were 14,000 secondhand reports.

FACT: There were numerous intercepted Communist radio messages from within Vietnam and Laos about American prisoners being moved by their captors from one site to another.

FACT: There were satellite photos that continued into the 1990s showing clear prisoner rescue signals carved into the ground in Laos and Vietnam.

FACT: There were multiple reports about unacknowledged prisoners from North Vietnamese informants working for U.S. intelligence agencies.

All were ignored or declared unreliable.

FACT: Hanoi John gave orders to his committee staff to shred crucial intelligence documents.

FACT: On the shredding it was reported that the committee's chief counsel, J. William Codinha, a longtime Kerry friend, "ridiculed the staff members" and said, "Who's the injured party?" “When staffers cited "the 2,494 families of the unaccounted-for U.S. servicemen, among others," the McCreary memo continued, Codinha said: "Who's going to tell them? It's classified."

FACT: Hanoi John never turned over to the National Archives all of the committee’s documentation and the NA staff and independent researchers reported that many critical documents were withheld.

Hanoi John DID manage to get trade relations opened with the commies in 1994 under BJ Bubba Clinton AND his relative got to manage real estate contracts with the commies, at the expense of the POW/MIAs. The Gunny wonders how Hanoi John Fonda Kerry's political career would have gone HAD the Lapdog Media not only reported this in Massachusetts but dug DEEPER in this cesspool. But then again, the Lapdog Media is a DAILY example of liberal cowards at work covering the poop liberals leave on the rug, like a poorly trained dog, for us to step in.

And Waxman, not vilified, not scourged, not tar and feathered (it would improve his looks) STILL serves in Congress and not only that but Nanny Pelosi put this clown in CHARGE of his own committee. The Gunny says that this Congress stinks on ice and is chock full of gutless yellow cowards and he is SICK OF IT! DAMN Waxman. He was involved with getting the Gunny’s brother Marines killed, wounded, or maimed for life.

What do liberals have a love affair with ANYONE who is our enemy? Who is the enemy of FREEDOM? Might as well ask for a definitive answer on how many planets in the universe. His every act is an act of cowardice, except when he leaves the throne in January 2013, that is, unless he can rig the election with ACORN, now renamed and hiding again, to keep him in power. As they pass healthcare, with education bills that enrich the NEA in it, and then Amnesty, and then open immigration, these cowards WILL fundamentally change America, as Obummer stated MANY MANY times during the campaign, into a Third World hellhole run by a little man with a big ego and no guts.

OBAMA DENIES US ENERGY INDEPENDENCE

Then we'll get TWO gifts in 2012. One, Barry booted in a landslide and two, DRILLING for OUR OIL!

EXCERPT: WASHINGTON, D.C., Mar 8 - After more than a year of delays, Secretary of the Interior quietly announced last week that the Obama Administration will discard the 2010-2015 lease plan for new development on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) and wait until 2012 to put a new plan in the place. This means that the Administration’s initial six-month delay has turned into a three-year moratorium on new offshore drilling. Even if a new lease plan is implemented by July of 2012, no new lease sales will occur during President Obama’s term in office. It will also mark 45 months since Congress first lifted the moratorium.

So in a nutshell, Obummer NEVER had ANY intention of helping America obtain energy independence.

Glenn Beck often points out, and rightly so, how liberals, i.e., progressives, i.e., socialists/communists, have to change their colors like a chameleon to get the voters to buy off on the ideology. That, to the Gunny, is cowardice in the extreme. WE on the RIGHT STAND UP for what we believe in. America. The Constitution. The US Military. And the greatness of America and Americans. The worse case scenario about liberalism is that they are little more than whiny teenagers and when you call them on something that they’ve railed about and lied about, they shut up and walk away to sulk and pout. It never fails. Engage a liberal in an argument, crush their flaccid position on it, and they call you a bad name (under their breath) and walk away like a spoiled bubble gummer. The crux of liberal cowardice is that they demand what they want but have no real idea why they want it and if it goes south, they take absolutely no responsibility for it, and simply walk away from it. Their far left website, owned and operated by Soros, moveon.org says it all. Just “move on” whether it passes or fails. Someone else will clean it up. Liberals live in a fantasy world, as we all well know, on our dime (OPM = Other People’s Money) , we pay the freight, they enjoy their cocktail parties and date night in the White House.

Can you IMAGINE the self-loathing elitist liberals in La-La Land in, say, 1943, making a movie cheering on the Japanese? That is, using the “Slaughter Solution” to gain, no, seize is a better word, control over one sixth of the American economy without even voting on it. An absolute blatant and willful disregard of the Constitution and the will of the public who do not want this crap forced on them.

Oh, and NOT TO BE OUTDONE is Barry Soetoro, the Kenyan Usurper, who recently stated about mandatory DNA testing upon arrest, “It’s the right thing to do” to “tighten the grip around folks” who commit crime.” Whether you're convicted or not, they're gonna take your DNA. Somehow, the Gunny thinks that it might not pass the Constitutional smell test. So if it is the right thing to do, Barry, when do YOU get tested? Gutless liberalism at work.

Friends, if you have not already guessed it, we’re fighting for the future of America to REMAIN America, not devolve into Obummer’s dream world of rampant socialism, big government, and Orwell’s nightmare sprung upon us. Remember when the Senate was voting on the Federal Marriage Amendment? The sponsor of the amendment was Senator Wayne Allard (R) who stated: “Marriage in the United States shall consist only of the union of a man and a woman.” He was for it in public, he stood up for what he believed in, yet the liberal Senators NEVER spoke out against him and stated that they wanted homos to marry out in public. Nope, the liberal cowards ducked and ran for cover. The Gunny could not give a damn LESS what people do behind closed doors but this incident highlights what gutless yellow cowards they are. Those evil Senators left Bonnie Fwank (D-MA) high and dry. THIS is exactly what the Gunny is talking about. They are against a hit button issue but they are too spineless to come out of the closet about it lest they anger the America people. They use the Lapdog Media, who is at their beck and call, to do their dirty work, wreck a few lives, do some character assassination, and create their strawman arguments. Over and over, we can see that liberals ditch their leadership responsibilities faster than BJ Bubba Clinton ditching his trousers in the Oval Office, and using their activist courts and a Lapdog Media to do their jobs. Indeed, back in 1988, a LIBERAL Congress gave themselves a 50% pay raise. Remember that one? America erupted in a firestorm of anger and the liberals quickly retreated behind closed doors and gave themselves a 50% pay raise, divided over the next two years. The Gunny was a Corporal then and enjoyed, he believes, a 2.5% pay raise. Ah, Congress, you deserve the approval rate you have.

Conservatives believe in the First Amendment, even when it’s some liberal burning the American flag in front of us. Disgusting? Yes. Foul? HELL YES. But they have the RIGHT to do it and we’ll protect that right even if it makes us puke at the thought of what we’re protecting. However, the cowardly Left allows the NY Obama Times to post classified material, our sources and methods, and put people at risk, but they’ll work to put Fox News out of business because they point out the lies of Obummer and his myrmidons. They trot out the “non-profit” groups to condemn Fox News, and hell, Conservatives in general, as their liberal buddies in the Senate and the Congress gnaw away at our rights. It was liberal douchebag Woodrow Wilson who banned free speech in WW1 by chucking anyone in jail who spoke out against him and the war. Guess Wilson didn’t believe in the First Amendment. Yep, it was Wilson who put Eugene Debs (commie puke), in jail for opposing our entry into World War I. The Gunny hopes Debs is burning in hell along with the other liberals/commies/socialists but he had the RIGHT to speak out in protest. “We have to have universal health care for everyone!” What that means in elitist libspeak is: “having to decide IF you want, need or desire health insurance and then using it, is too hard for us stupid commoners. Or even better is:

“America must have a foreign policy that never has us use force to defend America’s interests because if we did, we might, “OH THE HUMANITY”, be unpopular in the world. The horror of it all. No, what the gutless cowards on the Left will do is wait until it’s the ninth inning, two outs, the count is three balls and two strikes, and they’ll send in the military, undermanned and under gunned, to try and save the day. And if they die, oh well, we tried. “Let’s move on…” Truman, another liberal whose cabinet was chock full of communists and communist sympathizers, did exactly that with Task Force Smith. Research it. It’ll rip your guts out.

And speaking of liberal cowards, who can forget Jimmy “the dhimmi” Carter. A man so gutless and putrid that being his Secret Service detail is considered a sh*t job for people who screw up in the Secret Service. This clown was so gutless he let the assassination of the American Ambassador to Afghanistan, by the Russians, go unchallenged. Whew, can’t make those Russkies mad huh Jimmy? Otherwise, they wouldn’t help you against Reagan right?

The cowardly Left demands things like rent control to keep the commoners away, thousands of pages of Federal regulations and laws lest the commoners will be running around chasing Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness with no controls on how they run their businesses, their homes, their children, and OH NO!, their lives. Why, that would be like FOLLOWING the CONSTITUTION! MADNESS! CHAOS! Liberals allow their “non-profit” groups like the Sierra Club to file thousands of useless lawsuit to prevent us from drilling for oil, building refineries, and having OUR OWN OIL run our economy because fossil fuels are destroying Gaia and causing gloBULL warming, gloBULL cooling, gloBULL bullcrap. Oh yeah, you can’t have nuclear power, even though France has used it safely for decades, because it will create Godzilla who will destroy all mankind. We CAN have things like welfare, social suckurity, medicare, medicaid because, you know, we’re too stupid to plan for our own retirements, our own health care, etc. God forbid that someone might make a BAD CHOICE and be left for the community he/she lives in to give charity to. That’s how we USED to do it you know, the community, the church, the people chipped in, not the Federal Government. Well, until the liberal coward himself, LBJ, created the now failed, 10 TRILLION dollars wasted, War on Poverty.

The Cowardice of the Left is their own fears projected on us. They hide behind an enlightened sense of concern for us, “do it for the childrennnnnn”, they whine, while covering up, as cowards do, their utter contempt for us commoners and not only that but a deep seated fear of the consequences of their actions! For example, they’ve seized our money, like a tyrant, for social suckurity, passed without our consent, inflicted upon without our consent, and raped into bankruptcy by the same clowns who started it in the first place! Oh wait, uh, let’s move on. It’s solvent Owl Gore told us. There is IOU’s in there. Yeah. Liberals refuse to engage in plain speech because plain English doesn't allow them to duck and cover the truth of an issue so they resort to their lawyerese pseudo-intellectual yapping and tossing out red herrings by the bushel. They resort to strawman arguments, “I get letters from people without health insurance,” (Obummer) yet we never KNOW the names of these poor people who die by the thousands,! They use ad-hominem attacks (ask Sarah Palin) and hyperbole chaff clouds to disguise their real agenda, CONTROL, and every issue is a MUST FIX IT RIGHT NOW OR WE’LL ALL DIE issue.

THE STUPIDITY OF LIBERALS

The ONE THING you can count on liberals to do is TAX. The second thing you can count on is that they'll SPEND whatever they can get their filthy paws on.

EXCERPT: WASHINGTON — "The government ran up the largest monthly deficit in history in February, keeping the flood of red ink on track to top last year's record for the full year. The Treasury Department said Wednesday that the February deficit totaled $220.9 billion, 14 percent higher than the previous record set in February of last year. The deficit through the first five months of this budget year totals $651.6 billion, 10.5 percent higher than a year ago. The Obama administration is projecting that the deficit for the 2010 budget year will hit an all-time high of $1.56 trillion, surpassing last year's $1.4 trillion total. The administration is forecasting that the deficit will remain above $1 trillion in 2011, giving the country three straight years of $1 trillion-plus deficits. The administration says the huge deficits are necessary to get the country out of the deepest recession since the 1930s. But Republicans have attacked the stimulus spending as wasteful and a failure at the primary objective of lowering unemployment. The administration defends the economic stimulus bill that Congress passed in February 2009 with a price tag at the time of $787 billion as the right medicine to get the economy back on its feet. President Barack Obama has said even more is needed to battle an unemployment rate that remained stuck in February at 9.7 percent.

Read that again if you missed it the first time. "The administration says the huge deficits are necessary to get the country out of the deepest recession since the 1930s." How in the HELL can you spend your way OUT OF DEBT!?

It sure as hell ain't working in The People's Republik of Kaulifornia, now on the verge of bankruptcy, and it sure as hell ain't working in Illinois, now on the verge of bankruptcy (until Obysmal bails them out with phony money he printed up in the dark of night). EVERY state or big city run by liberals is BANKRUPT! The liberals RUN the Congress, the Senate, and the presidency (lower case befitting Obummer's status), and they have screwed America up!

So what do they do?

RAISE TAXES!

Yes my friends, the idiot liberals in places like Maryland, Illinois, and Kaulifornia are indeed, raising taxes and fees, to end the shortfall. Thus, the cycle is, raise taxes for more entitlements and people begin to move out. Another year, another shortfall, and more people and now businesses, move away. The cycle repeats and the liberals find themselves in a hole of debt the size of the Grand Canyon. They tried to spend their way out of debt and it failed. Liberalism itself is a failure.

Oh the liberals, especially the Clown-in-Chief LOVE to crow about taxing the rich all in the name of creating massive entitlement programs, all to make us equal don't you know, except the rich of course, they don't get to be equal, they get to be taxed. Of course, as we're seeing in Maryland, the rich move away when they get tired of being taxed leaving the onus for the liberal's entitlement program once again, on the middle class.

In the People's Republik of Kaulifornia, they face a $20.7 billion dollar budget deficit! Liberals took the most prosperous nation in America and turned profit into massive debt and the libs running the state are thinking of defaulting on the debt THEY RAN UP! The Gunny remembers being stationed at Camp Pendleton and voting on Prop 187 back in 1987, which passed by a huge margin, only to be vacated by an activist court, the Ninth Circus Court, and THE medical bills of illegals is one of Kaulifornia's major problems. Liberalism at it again. Failure upon epic failure.

Liberals are socialists, they know it and we know it. In their nasty little black hearts, they LOVE taking money from others and redistributing it. THAT is the main platform of the Stalinesque regime of Barry Obysmal, the Kenyan Usurper. Barry says: "TAX THE RICH!" Barry says: "The RICH don’t pay their fair share of the tax burden!" Liberalism at its core, not only objects to every tax cut ever proposed but they also think that a tax policy should be fair to the poor but not to the rich. Funny that much of Congress and the Senate are multimillionaires so are THEY paying their fair share? Evidently not if you look at Geithner, Rangel, Solis, Daschle, etc. The Gunny wonders if a poor person ever gave anyone a job?

The liberals squawk like little girls about the rich guy’s 10% tax cut because it is bigger than the poor guy's 10% tax cut. Well duh, the rich guy makes more, thus, he rates to save more. THAT is the money that gets reinvested in America. THAT is the money that drives the economy by creating more jobs, expanding businesses, creating new businesses, new innovations, and on and on. The poor buy lotto tickets, beer, dope, etc. The rich get richer by investing their money, saving their money, and often, working their asses off to get where they are. Which leads us to the next issue within Liberalism.

Once you understand that the very basis of Liberalism is Collectivism, then you can easily understand it when liberals deny that our God-given rights exist. WHO attacks the First Amendment with "hate speech" laws? The Left. Hate speech laws are right out of Orwell's writings. WHO attacks the Second Amendment? The Left. Who has trampled on the Tenth Amendment? The Left (along with their RINO allies).

Collectivism, the main tenet of modern liberalism, is against things like the right to own property. ("This land is your land, this land is my land...") Indeed, liberals taxing YOUR WEALTH is the theft of your private property. Obysmal seeks to "spread the wealth around" without acknowledging that to GIVE something to someone means you have to TAKE it from someone else! And the Left in America is so used to taking from us that they think that they are RIGHT to do so, forgetting that Collectivism leads to an ugly lifestyle for many of its citizens and that it always leads to purges, murder, "sorting out those who don't believe in the State," etc. THAT is why they want to disarm Americans. Liberals laugh when we say that but WHO disarmed DC? Liberals. WHO disarmed Chicago? Liberals. WHO fought against dropping the DC gun ban, Liberals led by Ratface Holder and Obysmal. Collectivism is against our God-given rights.

Next, Liberals whine and moan about capitalism being unfair because there are winners and losers and "OH THE HUMANITY" we cannot have any losers, everyone must get a trophy in the end. But liberals and liberalism is a lie. Their collectivism ALWAYS results in mandatory this and mandatory that, turning Americans into numbers (SSN for one) which in the end, leads to a life of bureaucratic red tape and no rights for the individual. (Read the former constitution of the USSR for a great example) Liberalism and Collectivism works backward, like globull warming, from a desired outcome to the necessary data (or lies) in order to justify it.

Liberalism in America today, especially under Obummer, can be summed up thusly: "From each according to his ability and to each according to his need." Unfortunately, until Americans en masse wake up and smell the coffee that our progressive income tax system is a cornerstone of communist doctrine, we won;t be able to throw liberalism on the trash heap of history.

Is it FAIR that 1% of the taxpayers in America are paying over 30% of the taxes and Obysmal wants to squeeze more out of them? When they flee the USA to a country like Switzerland, now offering great deals to rich people to move their businesses to, who will we blame? Liberals LOVE to whine about jobs leaving America BUT THEY'RE THE ONES RESPONSIBLE for it! Our Corporate tax is the HIGHEST in the industrialized world. There can be no doubt friends, that Liberals are Socialists. Barry and Company are chock full of them, and the Progressive Caucus IS the socialist cancer in American politics. Bet on it. Their goal is to redistribute the wealth by means of government coercion and they're working on it daily with Crap and Tax, ObysmalKare, and a myriad of other little items that they hide in their legislative dung heap. Our problem is that a lot of the American public has bought off on their lies and are as much a socialist as Nanny Pelosi is. Yes Peggy the Moocher, the Gunny is talking about you. Wake up America, because Barry has us on the razor's edge of a very slippery slope. We were asleep at the switch as the Feds levied tax upon tax on us to finance every entitlement program that they could think of. The floodgates were open on the Treasury and the Constitution and the 10th Amendment were trampled all in the name of rampant Liberalism. Now we have a Marxist in the White House and we're playing catch up. STAY INVOLVED for the long haul folks, this fight against the Left, who are dug in tighter than a pubic louse, is just beginning.
