WASHINGTON – Deputy Attorney General James Cole issued the following statement today regarding information requests for multiple sales of semi-automatic rifles with detachable magazines in select states along the Southwest Border:
"The international expansion and increased violence of transnational criminal networks pose a significant threat to the United States. Federal, state and foreign law enforcement agencies have determined that certain types of semi-automatic rifles – greater than .22 caliber and with the ability to accept a detachable magazine – are highly sought after by dangerous drug trafficking organizations and frequently recovered at violent crime scenes near the Southwest Border. This new reporting measure -- tailored to focus only on multiple sales of these types of rifles to the same person within a five-day period -- will improve the ability of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to detect and disrupt the illegal weapons trafficking networks responsible for diverting firearms from lawful commerce to criminals and criminal organizations. These targeted information requests will occur in Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas to help confront the problem of illegal gun trafficking into Mexico and along the Southwest Border."

THE ECONOMIC OPPRESSION OF THE KING PUTT REGIME

We must begin to think about how much more abuse we will take from this regime before we rise up in righteous anger and demand REAL change, not some hyped up hopey/changey, which is nothing but the Chicago Way forced down on Americans, with graft and corruption flowing like a river of sh*t, from every Democrat orifice straight into the White House, the DOJ, and various government agencies like the BATFE and the EPA.
Stephen Chu, King Putt’s "energy czar" is yet another perfect example of an unqualified clown in a position far over his head. His desire for TEN DOLLAR a gallon gas for us impacts each and every American and not in a good way. The oppressive regime currently in power restricts oil drilling and ignores the rulings of a federal court, not once but twice, and prevents Americans from drilling for their own oil on lands within their own nation. This forces us to send our capital out for foreign oil, which keep foreigners working but keeps Americans unemployed. How much of the billions we are forced to send overseas is routed to terrorists or other enemies of our nation? So we are forced, by the Federal government, to purchase foreign oil, contrary to our national interests, so is this not oppression? Is this not treason at the highest level? Then, the price of gas goes up, as foreign suppliers conspire against us (remember OPEC’s boycott in the 70’s?), which affects us as a base level, starting with the farmers, fisherman, airlines, etc. The more a farmer has to pay for fuel, the higher his crops are going to cost us, thus driving up the cost of food for all of us. Meanwhile, Obama Parum Tyrannus Rex dines on Kobe beef and Arugula, even as more and more Americans are on food stamps. Is it not oppressive to attack our quality of life at every level, denying Americans the ability to improve their lives or live their lives, without crap like Curly Fries Lights filled with mercury being jammed down our throats? It must be remembered that our Founders went to war over taxation without representation, because King George III ignored the pleadings of Americans, much like Congress and the Senate, along with King Putt, ignore us. ObamaKare and Nutsy Baloney’s big gavel anyone?
Consider the fact that the Federal government can come in and take land away from a state in order to designate a national forest or BLM land and prevent a state from developing the resources located on it. Is that not oppressive? The Federal government could conceivably come in and designate the Grand Canyon as a National forest or preserve simply because it is a national treasure, much like Yellowstone is. That is understandable but to take 80% of the land in Alaska and deny the state the ability to develop the resources for the use of their citizens, to deny them the jobs and the revenue, is oppressive. One must ask themselves why the West, so rich in resources and land, is prevented from developing their resources by the Feds? There is no charter in the Constitution allowing them to do this yet they get away with it, at the expense of the nation-at-large.
The economic oppression of the Obama regime would not have been tolerated by the American people in 1775 for very long. Right now, 49% of all Americans are paying 97% of the taxes, with the top 1% paying a horrendous portion of the fruits of their labor, while the 51% who pays a scanty 3% of the total income tax bellow for those above to pay more of their "fair share." King Putt, Nutsy Baloney, Dingy Reid, and the Democrats have replaced King George III, Parliament, and the Redcoats as they work to take money from Americans in order to pay for votes from that 51% and enact legislation that fattens their wallets (Democrats gain 9% more than average on the stock market) while they force Americans to buy CFLs, ObamaKare, and fund green bullsh*t like the failed solar power panel factory on old Fort Devens, now likely to get ANOTHER few billion thrown their way, thanks to Obama, who spends our money like it was his own. Consider the economic cost to the various 57 states thanks to illegal aliens and how the Obama Regime reacted to Arizona’s constitutionally valid law to stem the flow of the human locust. As of July 2010, it costs the United States and estimated 113 BILLION (conservative estimate) a year to harbor illegal immigrants but what is the cost of lost jobs? The violent crime they do here in the US? Trial costs? Prison costs? Health care costs (free for them at your local ER)? If an American citizen loses his/her job to an illegal alien, is that not economic oppression by a government who fails to adequately represent their legitimate citizenry? Is that not taxation without representation since said government takes our money while ignoring their duties under the Constitution to secure the borders and protect the population from invasion? Instead, they sue Arizona and now are attacking Texas over the same thing, the state trying to protect their citizens against the human locust! Would it not be justifiable for Arizona or Texas to ignore the rulings of a bought and paid for Obama federal court, much like Obama ignores laws about things like using the White House for fundraising? In addition, the petty tyrant has defied multiple court orders, his illegal oil drilling ban for one, and nothing has happened to him so we see that our court system is unjust and that Congress is a joke. The violation of the War Powers Act of 1973 in Libya was a complete slap in the face for justice in America, yet mutts like Ivan refuse to speak out about that. A mother was arrested for refusing to allow the TSA to grope her daughter and the TSA is replying with the same old tired bullshit that they’ll re-instruct their employees, redo policies, reduce groping children, etc, etc, ad nauseum. They'll lay low for awhile, as criminals will do, before the next outrage. America would be well served by a week long boycott of the airlines. Once again, we see that we are being betrayed by fools like Janet Incompetano, who are as unqualified in their job as Obama is in his! Obama and his minions have completely violated the 4th Amendment as their TSA clowns perform warrantless searches of Americans in airports and soon, bus stations and trains stations. How many more Americans will be illegally arrested and lose their rights to own firearms and to vote in elections, thus rendering them defenseless and disenfranchised as well? And speaking of defenseless, we watch as Obama refuses to secure the southern border and allows Operation Fast and Furious to occur, Holder abets it, and they all cover it up, stonewalling a spineless Congress and Senate. The same old, same old occurs in DC and the only people getting the shaft are loyal hardworking Americans, not nutbags like Ivan or the rest of the Parasite Class, which is why they are silently in consent of the tyrant.
Moreover, we have seen how this regime, run by the little tyrant, has sued Arizona because they want to keep the illegal human locust out, we have seen how Holder not only refused to prosecute the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation but black criminals as well, since they are "his people." In fact, any black on white hate crime will not be prosecuted by the DOJ under Holder, in ignorance of equal justice across the land and a violation of his Oath of Office, and once again, Congress does nothing. We are left adrift and must fend for ourselves. If we rose up in revolution, could we be blamed for it after all of which has transpired? Would we be in the wrong? Not hardly. Good God, the TSA inspects the diapers of OLD PEOPLE! and the ATF is going after Montana and seven other states for passing the Firearms Freedom Act that strips the Feds from regulating firearms made in that state and sold only within that state, and still we seek peaceful resolution. TIME TO DISBAND THE EPA

EXCERPT: "When the Environmental Protection Agency said in late June that it would force Western coal-fired power plants to install haze-reducing pollution-control equipment at a cost of $1.5 billion a year, it said it had to in order to settle a lawsuit by environmental groups. One organization involved in the suit, the Environmental Defense Fund, has a long history of taking the EPA to court. In fact, a cursory review finds almost half a dozen cases in the past 10 years. The odd thing is that the EPA, in turn, has handed EDF $2.76 million in grants over that same period, according to an IBD review of the agency's grant database.This strange relationship goes well beyond EDF. Indeed, several environmental groups that have received millions in EPA grants regularly file suit against that same agency. The EPA even tacitly encourages such suits, going so far as to pay for and promote a "Citizen's Guide" that, among other things, explains how to sue the agency under "citizen suit" provisions in environmental laws. The guide's author — the Environmental Law Institute — has received $9.9 million in EPA grants over the past decade.
And, to top it off, critics say the EPA often ends up paying the groups' legal fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act."

Their board of trustees includes the former president of Chile, Ricardo Lagos, a Leftist. Now WHY would the former president of Chile be involved with an organization that works hard to limit drilling, mining, refining, American businesses, etc.? Also on the board is one Kathryn Murdoch, a board member of the Clinton Climate Initiative, which is hellbent on subjugating us to UN control in every aspect of so-called climate change. In addition, The Honorable Thomas H. Kean is also on the board of the EDF and he is the Chairman, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is involved in things like:
1. Viewing the United States as a racist nation that does not sufficiently value the well-being of minorities.
2. Advocating the implementation of a taxpayer-funded, government-run health-care system.
and they are involved with groups and foundations such as: the Tides Foundation and Tides Center; Greenpeace International; American Bar Association Fund for Justice and Education; the Rockefeller Family Fund; La Clinica de la Raza; Columbia University; Harvard University; National Public Radio; and the vermin at UC Berkeley.
On the National Council, there is a rabid libtard by the name of Barbara Streisand, who also funds the EDF with the Streisand Foundation, who like to fund groups engaged in things like environmental activism (think ELF/ALF), nuclear disarmament (think America unarmed), and of course, gun control, and they use/fund the American Civil Liberties Union. The EPA is a rogue agency that needs to be disbanded, along with the ATF, the TSA, the DHS, the Department of Energy, the NLRB, the BLM, and probably three or four more who are useless and merely spending our money as they weaken the nation. OBAMA TO PROPOSE GUN CONTROL

KUDOS to Governor Perry for REFUSING to knuckle under to Obongo the Clown, the pissants in the State Department, and the Mexican asshole Arturo Sarukhan. The liberal crybabies, led by Leaky Leahy, revealer of US classified material to our enemies, tried to pass legislation to put foreign scumbags who commit crimes here in America, under some bullshit called the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. The Mexicans, the UN, Obongo the Clown, and the four liberal pukes on the SCOTUS (who stated that THEY would have granted the stay) mewled that this dirtbag did not have consular help. He got a lawyer and a fair trial, followed by a first class execution. That is what the Constitution of the United States allows for. What he should have gotten was a beating followed by being chucked into a pit of rattlesnakes and saved us the money it cost for his trial, his lawyer, imprisoning the mutt, feeding him, and executing him.
Naturally, the Community Organizer-in-Chief got involved, probably thinking that Governor Perry, "acted stupidly", and sent his lapdog, Solicitor General Donald Verrilli Jr., to HELP with the appeal filed by the rapist killer but this should not be a surprise to us, considering that Obama kisses the asses of Islamofascists and Holder defends the Gitmo scumbags, along with the Black Panthers.
Illegal aliens commit hundreds of heinous crimes EVERY DAY in America and it is about damned time we started emptying the cells on Death Row of them and the other dregs. A foreigner who comes here and commits murder gets the same rights an American who commits murder and that is that. A lawyer and a fair trial is all they rate. NO ONE denied this piece of sh*t his Constitutional rights, unlike how this regime is treating the American people.
